Delhi Police — Ownership of the vehicle not transferred by the buyer.

Dear Sir,
I received the sms on my phone as quoted below :-
"As per record of the Transport Department the PUCC of your vehicle number DL10CC2850 had expired/ vehicle not checked before. You are requested to get new PUCC of your vehicle to avoid penalty under Section 190 (2) of MV Act, which is Rs 10, 000 along with imprisonment which can be extended up to 03 months. Transport Department GNCTD"

Then I came to realize that the ownership of this vehicle is not changed by the buyer. I had exchanged this vehicle from "Competent Automobiles Co. Ltd. B-95, Wazirpur Industrial Area New Delhi" Delivery Receipt of the same is attached herewith.
Kindly take necessary action as soon as possible, also let us know if anything required from our side.

Thanks and regards
Rakesh Kapoor
