Delhi Police — person fraud

Hi,

This is related to person. i was doing MBA and its all completed, just project submission was pending and for project i required 1 good project coordinator so i got to know 1 person . I hired that one person who is well known to 1 of project co ordinator. i have given him 14k rupees but just after synposys, he is not giving me project since last year( since july 2016). i am following him but he is just giving excuses and excuses.

I need he should clarified the thing but now he even not picking call and not answering on facebook whatsapp etc...
