Delhi Police — phone lost, please help in tracking.

My name is abhishek kumar.
I live in baghpat up.
Yesterday i was coming to my home from delhi through indian railways. At old delhi railway station someone theft my phone from my pocket at platform no 15. The incident happens yesterday (02/09/2017) at 11:25 am.
Sir i please want my phone back it contains lots of data and important thing which are related to my life like my education documents and all.
Sir i want the favour that my phone should be tracked. The details of the phone are-
