Delhi Police — Pick-pocket snatched my mobile phone under red-alert security

13 august 2016, saturday.
Red-alert area, cannaught place, new delhi.
A pick pocket stole my 3 days old mobile phone.
Fir lodged.
Everything done.
Not sure of the actions taken by my delhi police to look into their own citizen's grievances.
Will my delhi police help me to track my phone and punish the culprit before he dismantles and sells my phone in gaffar market?
No hopes.
Still trying my best to beg for help for my lost mobile phone which was bought by my hard erned money.
