Delhi Police — torture by in laws at my matrimonial home

I m staying at my matrimonial home at 2nd floor 174 sarai julena. New friends colony. My husband is living in noida in the other ancestral home. He visits his parents at 1st floor in sarai julena. All of them have crossed all the limits to torture me. Various firs are lodged against them. But still they are torturing me. By locking the main gate when i leave for office or when i come back from work. They make me stand outside for almost half an hour almost everyday. And they are also stealing electricity from my meter. To put every kind of torture on me emotional, financial and physical. Please do something. Urgent
