Delhi Police — wrong challan create

I m going dariyaganj chemist shop as on[protected]. I m waiting for my friend on delhi gate red light there is no board of no parking near 1 -2 km. One traffic police officer came to me and starting mis behaving and said there is no parking area i ask politely there is no board here of no parking and i m waiting for my friend immediately he starting mis behaving, he said i m not put everywhere no parking board do what you want i m creating your challan. Then i said i m not giving any challan because i don't do any mistake but he is doing misbehaving and also ego problem of delhi police officer after that there is one senior came to me ask me everything i told him everything after that he said you can go just show you license i show him my license and he create online challan without knowing me anything. After 3 days one msg came to me regarding this challan and now its showing 500 rs challan. But there is no mistake of mine. The police officer mis behaving with me after that without knowing me create the challan can you help me please. I attached my challan also. Kindly check sir
