[Resolved]  Delhi Public School — Inhuman behaviour by DPS Haridwar principle, Mr. KC Pandey,and DPS society office's receptionist.

Hi, I called DPS society for asking about DPS Ranipur heads address.I was very polite as I was from customer side and I had a query. That lady was so rude to me with no reason. Her rudeness is unexplainable. She was talking as if I abused her by asking the Heads address of office. Then I called her again twice and both the times she picked the call and disconnected so that my money gets wasted and to show her attitude. There is a big loop hole in this organization where teachers are bullied. No one open their mouth because they fear they will loose their job. None of the teacher in DPS Haridwar knows that who is sitting above the principle Mr.KC Pandey.He bullies the teachers and behaves to them like his personnel servant .And if someone tries to open their mouth they are removed from the job that too at a very crucial and thin time of their life. My Elder sister(JYOTSANA TIWARI CHAUBEY) and her husband(SUDHIR CHAUBEY) were serving in DPS haridwar. My sister served the organization for 2.5 years and her husband served for 2 years.In 2014 when my sister was going to deliver her first child in the month of july, Mr.KC Pandey removed her husband from the job.On 5th july 2014 my sister delivered her first child, after 3 days I.e on 9th july when her husband went to school after becoming father for the first time, he distributed sweets among the staff.He gave sweets to principle as well and touched his feet for blessings and on the same day he received termination letter.IS IT JUSTIFIED? Mr. KC Pandeys allegations were that my sisters husband is not working properly. Even if this was the case then why he removed him at such a time when my sister had to take maternity leave without pay.From where do they will run there house? Now he removed my sister also after her maternity leaves by putting false allegations. Just in case, if all allegations are true then also if husband wife served the organization for so long, and the principle knew very well that my sister is going to deliver her child in the month of july, he removed both of them.Is it Humanity? And then DPS society use big words for their vision and mission! My sister joined DPS haridwar on 28th november 2011, she servered till 31 march 2012, then she and her husband got job offer from Jain Public School, Ratlam where my sister served before marriage.They have proof of that.Mr. Pandey wanted both husband wife to serve his school. My sisters husband joined there and served for few days.Then he was being called by Mr.Pandey for joining DPS.Mr. Pandey wanted both husband wife to serve his school and now he is putting false allegation that they are not working properly.IT took so long for such an experienced principle to judge who is working properly?That he kicked them out of the school when they became parent for the first time, can someone be so INHUMAN? I, as a sister is putting my complain with a hope that valid action will be taken. We are indian citizen, and it’s a democratic country, we should be given chance to speak, which was not been done by Mr. Pandey .He sent letter to DPS society, we don’t know the content of the letter. What false allegations he has put, we don’t know. He is using all his power to take revenge. Please do the justice, as its not that childs mistake who is suffering because his parents are not earning immediately after his birth.I have all the proof in document form and i along with my sister are ready to come to Delhi for any query.
