Delhi Traffic Police — challan

It is not a complaint as such. I just want to say sorry to the traffic officer today for talking angrily to him. I must have raised my voice that he was forced to threaten me rs600 challan. I also want to thank him for choosing us out of all the cars that touched/crossed the yellow line. I wonder if it was because we looked a little different from the mainland indians, you know, coming from the north eastern states and all. Well we may never know🤔. Thnx again for choosing to us, you know for going as far as turning a blind eye to the ones that came after us and instead to focus only on us. You were doing your job after all l. I must have hurt your feelings by shouting at you. For that i am sorry again (Not).
