Delhi Traffic Police — false challan received by me.

Dear sir, i have received 2 traffic challans. For two separate dates approximately the same time on tolstoy marg.
On first date 06.06.2017 (Tuesday) i was home at that time (9:44 pm) given on the challan and on the second date 20.07.2017 (Thursday) i was at delhi gymkhana club at the time (9:39 pm) my car was meant to be at tolstoy marg.
Also i rarely ever go to tolstoy marg. Specially never at night.
Since i cannot be at the two places at the same time i am certain that these challans are incorrect/false. The only other plausible explanation is that maybe someone is using my cars number on their car. I will be more than happy to pay double the challan amount if a traffic video of my car committing the offence can be produced and the allegation proven.
Please help in solving this matter.
