Delhi Traffic Police — improper challan and misbehave

I was travelling from timarpur to wazirabad village due to an medical emergency with doctor sitting behind me. As i have a helmet and my co passenger do not have the helmet because i was in an emergency rush. At the highway near nehruvihar the head constable ram lal raina and his team stopped me and ask for 1100 rs. When i asked why this much amount he is asking then he told me that one is for helmet and rest is for disobeying the rule and running from the place. Unnecessarily he just imposing all the rule without any conversation. He then just calculated something and told me that either give 3600 at court or give 1100 here rt now. When i asked it’s just about helmet please take 100 rs and let me go. After so much plea he said ok give 600 rs. As a student i don’t have 600 cash at that time he said that i have to pay that much amount. When i said i don’t have this much cash then he said ok and go and collect these documents from courts. My co passenger is the medicine incharge in aruna asif ali, tees hazari court unit. He also insisted that what is genuine take that amount but he was stuck at that point. Then he added everything whatever he can add at that moment which is clearly showing that he was just satisfying his ego. If in any case i have to pay 3600 rs. This is really in genuine and this is the base of corruption because anyone can not pay his genuine earning in such type o[censored]nlawful and illegal acts. It’s my humble request to all concerned authorities that please take a strong action against it. Thank you.
