Dear sir... I live at subhash nagar and i was passing from beri wala bagh to hari nagar behind the ddu hospital near by signature grand hotel.
Your traffic police stoped me and made it challan... So tell me this is in your law that made a challan out of the house.. Mean how could delhi police made a challan out of the house.. This is not good and i am so much angry with delhi police i[censored] wont change your rules i am not gonna let u... I know my words embarrassing you.. But this is fac that delhi traffice police just a loser... I[censored] have a mind than think about that who uses helmet out of the house standing with in 200 hundred meter... Stop all these type of nonsense... You are a police plz work sensible not like a fool... Plz... Ok...
