We as a daily commuter facing proble a lot with the Rute %#$ - Mehrauli to Annad Vihar. Buses are not running on time at all from Mehrauli. Today at least 5 buses are waiting in a lot at terminal during office hour but no one were ready to moove. Even not providing the schedule time and once I forcely asked to let me know the time they abused. Providing BUS No. 1566; driver id 855, conductor id 13784; Bus no. 0098; Driver ID 1476; conductor id 16076; BUS No. 0090 ; driver id 0809, conductor id 4572; and two more buses.

Hi I Pawan, tonight at 10:15 pm[protected] Bus No. 953 from Rajendra Palace to Mangolpuri Q Block Bus no. DL1PD 5689. The bus driver was drunk. The routes of the buses have been changed. Direct Bus Depot after Peeragarhi. Didn't even listen to people's words. You misbehaved, should there be such drivers for DTC bus. This is the fault of the Delhi government. I thank Kejriwal ji who runs so many buses, I wish the bus drivers were also good.

I applied for e-bus pass on 7th january 2023 and the next day my application was rejected. it was said that my money will be refunded within 15 days but its 31st january 2023 and i still didn't got my refund.

That's bus driver is not stop at kapashera crossing bus stop and he is abuse he say that there is not bus stop that time is 7:40

The bus conductor is a scoundrel, he did not even know how to talk to the ladies, he was saying that his father is in control Change the conductor why do you keep such people in the bus who do not even know how to talk to ladies

Driver and Marshall misbehaved with the passengers and use the abuse words as well at vinod nagar bus stand. Please take apt action against the driver and Marshall. Bus number is DL1PD 3779. My contact number is [protected]

I am Sachin Kumar, I am a daily passenger of DTC and always see many types of rule break by DTC drivers but today at 8.50 am in Bus 753 having no. DL1PC8185 at Sagarpur bus stand, the driver goes out of the line. There were many passengers at the stand, first driver stopped very abruptly and only some passengers were boarded and some were boarding but the driver accelerated the bus at the same time, a lady and two-three men could lost their lives at that time. And after then when I raised my voice, the conductor started arguing very rudely and yelled at passengers. This type of incidents happening every day at every corner of delhi but after seeing all this no authority taking action and not ensuring that driver don't do rash driving and conductor behaving professionally. When some bad accident will happen they will take mild action and after few days everything will repeat and repeat. Today I realised how my mother got injured in DTC bus. And I am not feeling well that our country's capital bus service is like that where first they play with people lives and then yell at passengers as we are there slaves. I hope authority and their staff will get well soon.

966 bus service from kamruddin nagar to Nizamuddin railway station I have travelled from jhandewalan to Nizamuddin dargah the ticket amount is 20 rs in red or blue bus but the ticket giver give me 25rs ticket bus number is DL 1 PC 3314

Dear sir, The incident for which I am going to talk about happened just before the Sarai Jullena chock traffic light, New Friends Colony, 110025. Thes Bus was at high speed coming from Modi Mill side around 4:00 p.m. on 28/01/2023. The traffic light was about to turn red, I think that's why the bus driver was in rush, Thank God nothing happened her, she just got some scratches on her hand. But it was very dangerous she was very closed to the wheel, I request you to please take action about these kinds on accidents.

मेरा नाम वीर है, कुछ दिन पहले कश्मीरी गेट रेड लाइट वाले टर्न पर रेड लाइट के दौरान मेरी कार एक साइड में खड़ी हुई थी बस गलत लेन में चल रही थी और ओवर स्पीडिंग में थी बस वाले ने खड़ी कार के बराबर से हाई स्पीड में टर्न लिया और कार की ड्राइवर साइड ठोक दी जिससे मेरा नुकसान हुआ और मैं मरते मरते बचा वो बस वाला भाग गया उसने बस नहीं रोकी बस संतरी रंग की थी बस का नंबर ठीक से दिखा नहीं क्युकी ओवर स्पीड में थी और मुझे शौक लग गया था मेरे साथ मेरे माता पिता दोनो थे अथवा एक और कंप्लेंट करनी है 23 जनवरी सुबह 11 बजे के आस पास एक और बस ट्रैफिक में कभी इधर कभी उधर घुमा रहा था स्पीड में उसका नंबर DL1 PD2514 है सबूत के तौर पर मेरे पास इसकी फोटो भी है dtc बस के ड्राइवर बहुत गलत तरह से ड्राइव करते है अगर कोई मर जाए या कुछ हो जाए तो जिम्मेदार कोन होगा आपसे निवेदन है कि इस पर दृष्टि डाले ।

Many times the driver of this bus does not stop the bus at the stand so that we do not catch the bus and we reach our place late. It is seen many times that even the bus remains empty. Still the bus driver does not stop the bus.

This is a complaint regarding a cluster bus No.-DL1PC 4132. Today at 9:15 I take that bus from karala and I ask the bus driver to open the door at vaishali enclave/Kapil vihar bus stop, but he deny to open the door.He said there is no bus stand so many passengers are there with me who said him that this is a bus stand but he don't open the door he said this is government bus I don't open the door.I told him that this is my regular way I travelled regularly in DTC bus and all drivers were open door at this stand but the driver is not even hearing us. He said I will open the door only if there is a proper bus stand or board. I ask for complaint book to the conductor but he deny to give the complaint book and said I can't give you compalaint book.I request you to solve this or make a stand at vaishali enclave bus stop .

The 120 bus enrouted narela to morigate. I get into bus from bakoli and told conductor that i want to get down at alipur. The bus did not go alipur and followed the short cut and directly went to mukhmelpur bus stand. Inspite of telling the bus did not go to Alipur and conductor told this is how it will go: ( this is the only route) . He was lying every bus from of 120 has to go from alipur and BDOffice bus stand. Please look into this. Many buses are not following the proper root. We are suffering

I have been standing on vijay Enclave bus stop for past 30 minutes and no bus of 801stl has been passed yet whereas till than 5 magalapuri buses has passed which always goes empty whereas kapashera bus always goes full

We are Community and we happy with bus lowest fare but unfortunately now days we are faced unconditional buses service and there cleanliness, and there lots of dust and garbage, one days I was scare about bus when I show bus wheels was heated and fire condition I were shock pls solved can find another services or change or improvement, that's it.
