This business driver always on hurry, not drive properly, overtaking, access speed limit .
Many times I sees this driver never stop the bus properly. Always overtaking the other vehicles especially in near stands . They overtake the bus near stand and drive fastly for not stopping in the bus stands ..

People are waiting for buses for long hours but these bus drivers are rarely care about it . The buses are empty .
How you appoint this type of drivers . And even you don't care about it ..
You also have some responsibility to take care about it .. or take some serious action against it .
I definitely go ahead of this also ..

Today 23 March 2024 at 4:20, a bus (cluster) outer mudrika toward uttam nagar did not stop by the driver, even after there were more than 10 passengers included man and woman.
This is not the first time, peoples of Delhi face same issue every day. This also cause financial impact for DIMTS and passengers. I believe you track the driver and take action.

नमस्कार सर/मैडम, रुट न. 548 की बसों में दिनाँक 23 फरवरी 2024 से ऑनलाइन टिकट नहीं बन रही है। मैंने चार्टर एप फीडबैक में भी शिकायत की थी, वहाँ से मुझे एप्प अपडेट करने और फोन रिस्टार्ट करने के लिए बोला गया मैंने वो सब भी करके देख लिया किन्तु टिकट नहीं बन रही है।

रुट न. 34 (नोयडा से मेहरौली) की बसों में भी ऑनलाइन टिकट नहीं बनती है, मेहरौली से नोयडा की टिकट तो बनती है, किन्तु नोयडा से मेहरौली की टिकट नहीं बनती। मेरी आप से करबद्ध प्रार्थना कृपया उपरोक्त दोनों शिकायत पर उचित कार्यवाही कर हमें क्रतार्थ करें ।

I am Jaskaran Singh Awal, resident of Delhi. I was travelling on my scooter and suddenly in front of Hanuman Mandir petrol pump one of your bus driver on DL1PD0094 ran bus over my scooter. I have attached the bus picture for your reference. My scooter was hal[censored]nder his bus and which is why his bumper also got broken. However due to this my right ankle got injured but when I was looking at myself the bus driver ran away from the area. I have attached the picture where you can see the bus running away and petrol from my scooter and some orange paint of bus.
Time : around 5:15-5:30 in front of hanuman mandir.

from gazipur, I got a ticket from bus conductor time mention was 13:42 and when I entered in bus the time was 13:45 so obvious that ticket was not taken out at that instance I asked the query why current time is not reflecting on ticket he got hyper and said "tujhe ticket mil gaya na beth aram say CBI ki enquiry nahi ho rahi "
I again said aram say baat karo
he said 5 rs ki baat hai jada mat bol itne chapet marunga and abused me " this the kind of language used by a govt servant, I asked his name he didn't reply such kind violent behaviour with public is not acceptable.
I want action to be taken soon on that person .

I want to file a serious complaint against a bus driver who did not stop the bus at the bus terminal. I want to mention relevant information about bus number 336A for your office action and strict action against the rustic driver who did not bother about daily commuters and office goers. Your bus drivers do not understand the critical circumstances of office goers. We are bound to reach the office on time and get scolded a lot by the boss if we are late. The professional behavior of the bus driver was particularly frustrating for me as I had raised my hand at the bus terminal Swasthya Vihar Delhi-110092 at 10:33 AM. The act of the bus driver not only inconvenienced me but also caused problems for other office goers.
It is your public responsibility to punish this driver's behavior. It is a matter o[censored]tmost concern that the bus driver of 336A has not trained for public services. My experience is that other metropolitan cities are providing better facilities for their office-going commuters. Delhi must be the capital of India and it has failed to do so. As a senior officer, you train your bus drivers to follow the set schedule and stop at each bus terminal. Due to this, all the bus drivers will follow the system of respecting and giving importance to the passengers' time.
I kindly request a thorough investigation into this matter and take authentic action to prevent such acts by bus drivers. Additionally, I would appreciate strict action regarding my complaint and information about the outcome of the investigation and any corrective measures implemented. I trust that DIMTS will take my complaint and valuable customer feedback seriously and is committed to providing a reliable and punctual service especially towards Nirman Vihar Delhi-110092 to Seemapuri Depot as no proper bust services are available on this route. I look forward to your prompt attention to this matter and a resolution that ensures the continued trust of your passengers.

Bus karawal nagar terminal se timing par nhi chalti hai. Passengers dono gate par khade hokar wait kar rhe the. Aaj bus ka time hone par driver ne bus terminal ke andar bus ke dono gate open nhi kiye sirf aage wala hi gate open kiya fir sare passanger aage gate se entry ki or senior citizen uncle or aunty ne jab driver se picche wale ke bare me bola ki picche wala gate open karna chahiye tha apko.To driver bhut hi buger or misbehaviour se unke sath chilakar bola or bus band kar ke bus se utar gaya. Driver bola ki bus ab khin nhi jari jo karna h krlo. Marshal bhi aged uncle aunty ke sath misbehaivour or nonsense way me baat kar rhi thi. That the driver who told his name as parmod was driving the bus in the negligent manner and had consumed the alcohol the bus number was DL1PD6188 ON 30.08.2023 AT AROUND 8:30 °AM when passanger asked him to stop the bus the driver misbehaved and threatened to kill the passanger¹

Dear sir,

I travel on bus no 6898 and route no 473 but the driver of the bus drives the bus in a very wrong way and does not stop the bus even at the bus stop causing a lot of trouble to all the people. I was sitting from Nirman Vihar and I had to get down at Laxmi Nagar but the driver didn't stop the bus and suddenly applied brakes due to which I fell down and got hurt

This is to inform you that I daily travel for my office through the DTC and cluster bus. Most of the times the drivers of Route no. 727 never follow the exact route.

Dated[protected] when I was travelling back to home from the office, I entered the orange cluster bus with route no. 727 and Bus No. DL1PC6776. According to the route, bus should pass from Manglapuri terminal and then carry forward its journey, but they denied to follow the main route. I continuously asked them to follow the path but they passed from the Palam flyover making a shortcut. I was physically assaulted and abused by the driver and the Civil Defence Officer. They tore and broke my shirt and shirt button and threaten me to pull out the iron rod for beating.

The Civil Defence Officer has the duty to protect the civilians instead he himself became a threat to me and other passengers. He forcefully made me and other people to exit the bus on Health Centre bus stop. This is shameful that they are not doing the only duty properly and also threatening and physically assaulting me.
