Sir/Madam
This is with the reference of payment I made for E bus pass on 19th July, 2022 from your official portal (dtcpass.delhi.gov.in) But I didn't receive any text from the dtc authorities. Hence, I am unable to track my application status. I am student of Sri Venkateshwar College, DU.
Hereby attaching the receipt of payment made and my application for e bus pass.
Please do the needful as I have made the payment of Rs 500 but haven't received the pass.

    Address: Kohat metro station bus stand

    Driver do harsh driving. he did not stop bus kohat metro bus stand i have noticed many times. He is a young bus driver and wearing black cap while driving. bus no 174STL azadpur pur to jounti border cluster bus no DL1PD5303
    Kindly do strict action against him.

        Cluster bus route no.171 holambi kalan and bus no.DL1PD4511 22 July 2022 time 01.40pm driver didn't stop bus on holambi kalan JJ colony police choki stand. and misbehave with passangers.driver and one lady conducter were shouting on every passenger. and driver was telling to everyone there is no stop he was misbehaving and didn't stop bus. And it's not only for one day problem most or the bus didn't stop on the JJ colony police station stand. If sometimes bus stop but they don't open door and only shouted on the passengers.. according to driver and conductor if there is no stop so why the announcement of bus stand and why there is stand please take some action of this.

          My name is virender . I travel in bus number DL1PD-5412 on route number 741 Bawana to Jyonti time around 1:30 PM. I travel starting from Bawana on this bus and driver continue talking on mobile phone while driving. I told him you just can't talk on the phone while driving he misbehave with me. I have already complaint via on your helpline no. [protected] and my complaint registration No. is 1342/22. Sir please taking action against the above cited bus driver.

          Yes !He should pay challan as per law for talking on phone while drivingthe bus bcoz of it he doesn't drive the bus properly and misbehave with me when i asked him about it .

            Dear sir
            Main dtc ka daily passenger hu noida se badarpur border ka. Ac DTC bus main ac running nahi rahta proper jab bus route per chalti hai. Chalak perichalak abhadra viyavhar karte hai agar ac chalane ko bola Jaye to.
            Baki agar stop per bus Khali kadi hai tab ac continue running rahta hai.
            Kya ac service keval chalak parichalak ke liye hi di gai hai aur kiraya passenger se vasula jayega
            Ghor Anniyaye ho raha mahodaya. Kripa karke in logon ke khilaf action lene ka kast karen

              I'm a student and the buses on route from Mukherjee nagar to burari are not arriving on time sometimes it passed 1 hour and not a single is not arrive on the stop. I am a student and the most precious thing for me is my time. As self independent i can't afford private transportation.

                  I had been using bus no. 469 of DTC but now I am facing the issue of lack in quantity of buses in service.

                  It intensively makes me wait for 45 mins which is quite is disrupting and leads to wastage of time.

                      Respected Sir/Madam,

                      This letter serves as a formal request for approval of DTC student Bus pass For which applied on 4/07/2022.I have submit tha form according to DTC term/conditions for student bus pass But it's get pending. I applied for on the 07June 2022.
                      It is my request to check the status of my pass and cancel it because recently I have a pass which is made by offline mode from DTC bus pass office south campus so please cancel this application request and made a refund for me.

                        Dear sir,
                        I humbly bring to your notice that Bus No. 912 doesn't come on its alloted bus stop at Daulat Ram College. As per schedule it's supposed to be there by 1:50 PM and then by 2:10 PM. However I waited for one hour from 1:30 PM to 2:30 PM but the bus didn't come.
                        If public transport doesn't coperate with the students, then it's a very sad situation. Kindly look into this issue and resolve it asap.

                            I travelled without a ticket but tickets for women are free so why do i have to pay a Rs200 fine for it. There is no economic loss of DTC bus as ticket was free so i want refund.

                              Respected sir,
                              I am standing Prashant vihar bus stand since 1 hour meanwhile there is no service of bus to Qutubgarh. This is not the problem of today but everyday there is no bua service to Qutubgarh between 2:40 to 3:40.Please look into this matter .

                                I've been waiting since an hour at hari nagar depot for bus number 628 towards Safdarajang and 518 towards Nizamuddin Railway station... No bus service since an hour...not only me many people more are waiting for the same... And facing this problem since couple of days... Everyday after 12 there is no service for these busses... Totally fed up with this thing.

                                  I've been waiting on hari nagar depot stand since 50 mins. And I am still waiting for the bus number 628 or either 518 but it's been more than 50 mins. Not only me many people more are waiting. And this thing happens everyday after 12 noon. Not a single day I got any of these busses after 12 .

                                    My honda city car (2016 model )met with an accident with DTC bus bearing above number on 14-July-22 6.00P.M (approx.) at Dwarka Link Road, samalkha signal.
                                    Driver name: Yashwant Singh.

                                    I was driving at extreme right lane, bus swiveled from left most lane to right most lane and hit my car at left side tearing front bumper, breaking left side rear mirror and scratches/dents on car body.
                                    Driver said his right mirror is broken and not seen my car.

                                    It causes mental trauma for no fault of mine.

                                    Today happened to see another collision of DTC bus with wagon R, 4Aug22, 6.00p.m. saffron color DTC bus in dwarka link road.
                                    With progressing construction & new barricades in dwarka link road, high speed traffic prone to frequent accidents..

                                      Earlier DTC bus service was available at 2:00 PM, but now since few days DTC drivers don't come to "Shaheed Bhagat Singh Colony", go from DPO directly to Old Delhi Railway Station via Khajuri Chowk.
