POOR DTC ROUTE NO.910 SERVICES TOWARDS PASCHIM VIHAR

Dear Sirs, Many Many a times we have complained of poor services rendered by DTC ON Route no.910 to and fro Paschim Vihar Shivaji stadium but no action by DTC has been taken so far.People on this route can be seen stranded for hours together waiting to go to Sayyed gaon, Nihal Vihar particularly poor and old . Sir, I want to complain against the DTC bus route no. 39, 949, 310, 317 that there is not sufficient services of the buses on this route in morning and evening time too. Evening time is too busy around 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm but there is only1-2 buses provided. It seems my habit to reach my home late daily. At evening after 8:00 pm there is no bus on the same route and i have to wait approx 1hr for next bus daily. Please do needful for the same...

    Ticket check and Driver stopped bus at Kamla Market Bus stand for ticket checking. Requested driver to move bus so that TC will continue checking in moving bus. But Driver and TC dd not allow bus to move later on driver stopped bus in mid road and said bus will not move now. Do what ever you want to do.. Incident place : Kamla Market metro station. Time 1200 clock. Bus number : DL1PC8284

      Sir, I want to complain against the DTC bus route no. 323 (Dhola khuan to Noida sec-62) that there is not sufficient services of the buses on this route in morning and evening time too. Evening time is too busy around 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm but there is only1-2 buses provided. It seems my habit to reach my home late daily. At evening after 5:30pm there is no bus on the same route and i have to wait approx 1hr for next bus daily. Please do needful for the same.

        Sir, It is kindly stated that there is very poor service of DTC buses from Azadpur terminal to Narela after 07:30pm in night. Daily commuters faces lots of difficulty plying to their homes as private or cluster buses also not available in this route. DTC buses at this route after 07:30pm are very limited & they all are so much overcrowded that some passengers have to risk their life while plying in these buses. Narela is having huge population & dda residencial flats also, but due to not reaching metro to this area nearby also, commuters have so much expectations from DTC, so pls. improve bus service to this area upto atleast 11pm., to avoid any tragedy to life of any commuter during night.           COMPLIANT TIME 5:30 PM DATE[protected] DESCRIPTION I am AKASH YADAV and i am student i was coming from mahipalpur to rungpuri. th above mentioned route no bus having registeration no. as DL 1P C8832, I am so disappintoted the behaviour of conductor even he using abuse language, he trying to hit me. Actualyy i Frequentlyn asked to conducter will you please stop at shivmurti then please give me a ticket but when the shivmurti came i request to driver & conductor for stop the bus but they dont stop there.Someone is already waing for long time at shivmurti and i was already late. i just want to know can authority take actions against that such kind of CONDUCTORS who have no sense to talk even they ready to fight with anyone. same on conductor pls sir, take the actions against him and pls reply me by mail i[censored] please sir...

            route no. 910 very very poor service during noon / afternoon

            dear sir, It is regarding route no 910 from kendriya sachivalya to sayed nangloi vai paschim vihar has real poor srvice particularly during noon /afternoon.people can be seen stranded on bus stops for couple of hours together without witnessing a single bus. kindly look into the matter and do the needfull as many senior citizens travel to and fro central sect. - paschim vihar the only bus available with poor services. thanks...

            Sir/ Ma'am, Greeting for the day... Poor service of Bus no 429, 463 and 469 in evening between 18:10 PM to 19:50 PM I am a Private Service Girl and is regular passenger of Bus no. 429 & 469 which runs between Kalkaji to Old Delhi and Dr. Ambedkar Nagar Terminal to Anand Vihar.. It is to inform you that in morning between 7.30 AM to 9 AM when there is acute demand of bus service as at that time lot of public of schools, offices etc wait for bus but no bus come. It has been observed that bus service between 7.30 to 9.am and Evening 06.00 PM to 9.00 pm is very poor and there is very less frequency of the buses. Some times people has to wait for 60 to 120 minutes for bus. Moreover, it is noticed that most of the bus drivers does not stop their bus on the Modi Mill bus stand.You are requested to look into the matter and make frequency of 429, 463 and 469 bus proper.                 Dear Sir Bus Number 764 Express fron Dwarka Sector 17 to Nehru Place is a very important Bus for Office goers from Sector 17, 14 to Nehru Place every day. As regular users, we are totally depended on this Bus 764 Express. To avoid the bus reaching us late to office we got the timings changes to 0730 so that the bus avoided the traffic jam on Dwarka bridge, how ever it has been seen that the bus does not maintain its timings. Every day the bus leaves the Bus depot late with the result it does not touch Sector 17, 14 before 8 AM. Today the bus reached Sector 14 at 0816 Hrs, almost 45 minutes late. So how do you expect office goers to reach their office on time. It is high time some one monitor's the performance of the bus timings.There is no way to also know if the bus is operating or not so that alternate bus could be taken from Sector 13 bus stop during rush hour. May i request that the services of 764 Express be made punctual so that we office goers are not put to hardship by reporting late to office and suffering financially due to late attendance. As this bus does not permit pass holders, there are a number of DTC official travelling with out buying a ticket who block the seats of genuine passengers who have paid for the fare. Please have this stopped immediately.

                  sir, Yesterday i was travelling in DTC Orange bus with no. DL 1PD 0070 around 01:30 to 03;00 from Survpriya Vihar to Najafgarh the bus was full and conductor was still pushing passengers to go ahead, because there no space when i objected he misbehaved with me and fellow passenger.I want to know what action taken against him.

                    I boarded a bus numbered 473 (going towards badarpur border) from preet vihar at 8.15am on 15 october 2014 (wednesday). i gave Rs, 100 note to the conductor and asked for a Rs. 15 ticket. he gave me the ticket and said he has no change and wrote Rs. 85 balance on the backside of ticket. As the bus was moving it became extremely crowded. I asked the conductor about the balance through a man standing next to me but the conductor said that he still has not got enough change and said that he would return the change as soon as change arrives. I deboarded the bus at ashram and rushed to the conductor and asked for Rs. 85 balance (while standing outside the bus) and the conductor didnt reply anything and signalled the driver to move on the bus (by whistling). The bus moved on and suddenly 2-3 buses came and I could not note down the bus number from behind. Please help me to get the money back. Its very rampant that the dtc conductors dont give back the balance left with them. The situation should be dealt seriously.

                      Sir/Mam I hereby request you to take action against the bus driver as he is not stopping the bus at the specified bus stop (Rangpuri) and drive very ruff to complete the route in a hurry. the conductor whistle for stop the bus and passenger also shouted but he ignored and drive at his own malafide intention.                         I am regular traveller of Bus number 34 commuting between Noida and Mehrauli/Ladoo Sarai.The main problem with the bus service is that it will never come on time.We(passengers) have to wait for long time . The drivers will also not stop at our stop. I used to wait at Mohan estate bus stop.This is becoming a major problem. As winter is also going to start, I am finding very difficult to reach home at time.

                          I saw in most of the red line buses, the air curtain are not working in almost 70 % in the buses, along with fans also, either non working or damage, if we are paying double amount fare then the ordinary one then we must get all the facilities properly.                               Today[protected] Morning between 4:30 to 5:00 AM at Anand Vihar ISBT in Old DTC Bus No - DL 1P B2848 which was deporting from ISBT to Gurgaon. I was there with my female family members, Conductor of the same bus misbehaved with me, he abused me in front of my female family members, even he was trying to hit me, he pushed me to out of the bus.                                 My name is Khushi. I used to travel on daily basis from Gurgaon to Uttam Nager in evening timing. Bus number DL-UP/C-7398 also run on the same timing. Bus driver name is Anil. On regular basis he used to do misbehave and also bad mouthing, I ignored several times but he always do the same misbehavior.                                   Dear Sir, The Bus of Route No. 413 (Running from mehraulii to nizamuddin & vice versa ) are very irregular in frequency. Some times no bus for more than 30 minutes and some time 3-4 buses without making a gap of few seconds. Even in Peak times (7am -10am & 6pm - 9pm), no regular service available. In non peak hours the often no buses are available. We all passengers are facing lots of problems due to these irregularities. Also the driver never stop the bus at Ashram stop (Buss No: DL 1PC 8623- date:[protected] . which we are facing this problem frequently and we are not able to reach the office on time. Kindly requesting you to do the needful. Hope you will under stand our problems.

                                    Today, i.e. on 19.08.2014 at morning 9:23 one DTC Red Bus for the Route 604 heading to Delhi Rly. Stn. bearing Regn. No. DL 1P C2279 did not stop at the scheduled stand of R.K. Puram Sector 12 & 9 (closer to Rao Tula Ram Marg). Since the time was rush hour for office goers, there were at least 10 passengers standing and waiting for the bus. We, three/four persons showed indication for stopping well in advance. The bus was not over-crowded or the bus was not followed by any other bus of that route. Still the driver did not try to stop and rushed away with blowing horn to side away the passengers trying to indicate the driver to stop. The driver was not only ruthless and reckless but also about to cause a severe casualty with the life of innocent passengers standing for the bus.
