We are the residents of P.M.Society,vikas puri ,new delhi. There are lot of street dogs at the bac lane o[censored]r society i.e. In krishna park area. After around 9pm, almost may be 10-15dogs starts barking on a regular basis bcoz of which we cannot sleep at nite. Even the pet dog in that street keeps on crying almost whole day n at nite also. But the concerned family doesnt bother.hence we we request you to kindly catch these street dogs as well as sensitize the family so that we cud live peacefully.

Am in chennai, II have a pet dog with us, sometimes it goes out without our knowledge that time my neighbour hurts him in a cruel ways using a full brick to attack the dog, could I take any actions against him in animal cruelty action. Please let me know.

    Dear Sir,

    I'm Smitha working as a staff in All India Institute of Medical Science.
    I was on the way to saket metro station to reach AIIMS, We (around 15 people) were about to board the bus from the Mehrauli Bus terminal,The bus came from inner-side of bus terminal didn't stop at stand, but it stopped out of bus terminal (on the road) and when we tried to board after a run, it immediately moved on. It was a horrible moment and we escaped by god's grace. When we asked about the incident, the staff said that u can complaint anywhere and we don't care. Please take necessary steps to avoid such dangerous situation to save human lives. please notice that direct buses are very less (in between 12:30 PM and 3 PM) to and from Mehrauli.

      I am a senior citizen and usually utilize public transport service of D.T.C. from Narela to New Delhi .

      Today i.e. on 17th December 2012, I boarded in AC Low floor bus no DL-1P/C-9002 (GTK Depot.) at about 14.25 hours plying on route no 131 between Narela to Azadpur. The Driver and Conductor of this bus escaped Alipur from their route. They did not take the bus to Alipur and drove directly towards Azadpur straight. Again at 15.10 hours, they stopped the bus short of Jahangipuri Metro stop (not on proper stop) and asked all passengers to get down and change the bus without any reason.

      When I dared to ask the reason, the conductor tried to misbehave and told that they had to leave for Jind for some urgent work. Although I told them that the incident will be reported to their officers, but they were bold enough and turned back and left away.

      Since I am 62 years old and arthritis patient, I had to face a great physical as well as mental agony due to most irresponsible and harsh attitude of Driver and Conductor of this bus. I had apprised about the incident to Depot Manager GTK Depot Shri Devender Pratap. E mail has also been sent to Shri Devender Pratap Sir. Informed Control room vide complaint no 3547

      I request your kind honor to look into the matter and request stern and drastic action should be initiated against both Driver and Conductor. Please ensure that it is never repeated in future. Kindly inform me about the action taken at the earliest. Thanks. A.K.Sharma

        श्री मान मैं कल दिनांक 02/12/12 समय करीब सुबह 08 बजकर 30 मिनट पर दिल्ली के “क्रषि भवन” बस स्टैंड से बस नंबर DL1P-C-0650 (रूट नंबर – 720) मे शाहदरा जाने के लिए चढ़ा ( बस क्रषि भवन से शाहदरा की और जा रही थी ). मैंने बस में टिकट लेने के बाद (टिकट नंबर – 9879 इस के आगे का एक नंबर फटा हुआ होने के कारण पढ़ा नहीं जा सकता. इस टिकट पर संख्या नंबर 150 और हिंदी का अक्षर “घ” छपा हुआ है) बस में बैठ गया. बस चालक ने बस को “लक्ष्मी नगर” बस स्टैंड पर रोक कर सवारियों से बस को खाली करने के लिए कह दिया. पूछे जाने पर चालक ने बस के स्टेरिंग मे कुछ खराबी आने की बात कही जो विश्वास करने योग्य कारण नहीं था क्यूँ की बस कुछ देर पहले तक एक दम ठीक स्तथी मे थी. मैंने जब इस बात का विरोध किया और बस के अन्दर ही बैठा रहा. मेरे पूछे जाने पर चालक ने कहा के बस “हसनपुर डिपो” जायेगी. चालक के अनुसार बस खराब थी किन्तु चालाक बस को “हसनपुर डिपो” तक चला कर ही ले गया. जिस समय चालक बस को चला कर “हसनपुर डिपो” की और ले जा रहा था उस समय भी बस मे कोई खराबी नहीं थी अगर बस मे कोई खराबी थी तो चालक को बस को खींचने के लिए नज़दीक के किसी भी डिपो से मदद मंगनी चाहिए थी. “हसनपुर डिपो” पहुँचने के बाद जब मैंने वहां बैठे एक अधिकारी से बस चालक की शिकायत करनी चाही तो उन्होंने मुझे यह कह कर टाल दिया के आज रविवार होने के कारण शिकायत दर्ज नहीं की जा सकती जब मैंने उन से उन का नाम पूछा तो मुझे नाम बताने से उन्होंने मना कर दिया. जब मैंने उन से कहा के मुझे बस के संवाहक के पास जो शिकायत पुस्तिका होती है वो दिलवा दीजिये जिस से मैं अपनी शिकायत उस मे लिख सकूँ तो उन्होंने मुझे धमका कर वहां बैठे सुरक्षाकर्मी के द्वारा मुझे डिपो से बहार निकलवा दिया. मजबूरन मुझे 100 पर फोन कर पुलिस को इस विषय के बारे मे सूचित करना पड़ा और पुलिस के मामले में दखल देने के बाद मैंने मेरी शिकायत बस के संवाहक के पास रखी शिकायत पुस्तिका में दर्ज की और उस के बाद वहां से वापस चला आया. उस के बाद मैंने अपनी शिकायत “दिल्ली ट्रांसपोर्ट कंप्लेंट सेल” के फोन नंबर[protected] पर भी की जिस का कंप्लेंट नंबर- 35569 है. यही शिकायत मैंने कंप्लेंट सेल नंबर[protected] पर भी की जिसका कंप्लेंट नंबर- 3368 है.

        श्री मान मैं आप को सूचित करना चाहता हूँ के इस बस चालक की शिकायत मैं पहले भी “दिल्ली ट्रांसपोर्ट कंप्लेंट सेल” में दिनांक- 09/05/12 को भी कर चूका हूँ जिसका कंप्लेंट नंबर- 29919 है. गत दिनांक को भी चालक ने इसी तरह बस को गंतव्य से पहले “लक्ष्मी नगर” बस स्टेंड पर रोक कर सवारियों को बस से उतर जाने को कहा था. उस समय भी मैं इसी बस में “धौला कुआं से शाहदरा “ जाने के लिए बैठा था. उस समय भी जब मैंने चालक से बस खाली कराने का कारण पूछा था तब चालक ने कहा था के बस की “सी. एन. जी.” ख़तम हो गयी है और बस आगे नहीं जा सकती. जब मैंने संवाहक से अपनी शिकायत दर्ज कराने के लिए शिकायत पुस्तिका मांगी तो चालक ने संवाहक को शिकायत पुस्तिका देने से मना कर दिया और चालक मुझे बस के अन्दर ही बंद कर के “हसनपुर डिपो” तक ले गया. चालक पुरे रास्ते मुझे धमकता रहा के वह मुझे “डिपो” ले जा कर मुझे मारेगा. उस समय भी मेरे पुलिस सहायता लेनी पड़ी थी...

        श्री मान मैं चाहता हूँ के मेरी शिकायत पर जल्द से जल्द कार्यवाही की जाये और बस चालक को जल्द से जल्द निष्काषित किया जाए. इस प्रकार के बस चालकों की वजह से ही “दिल्ली परिवहन निगम” का नाम खराब होता है और आम नागरिक को परेशानी का सामना करना पड़ता है. मुझे आशा है के आप मेरी शिकायत पर जल्द से जल्द कार्यवाही करेंगे और उचित निर्णय ले कर मुझे सूचित करेंगे.

          Dear Sir,

          Myself Seema Rawat, i want to complaint about the irresponsibility against bus Driver & conductor of DTC bus route number 392 Dhaula kuan to Noida 62 bus no.(DL-IP C0197),the bus reached at chauda mode noida sec -12 stand at 8.21am,first of all the driver never stop his bus whenever we request for stop the bus, today coincidently he stopped the bus when i tried to climb the bus he closed the door i was outside and my hand was stuck in the gate because i was trying to catch the handle of the gate and the driver started his bus cried to stop the bus, after 2-3meter run he stop the bus, when i complain he said the door is not ok...but when i observer the gate of bus is quite ok and its work properly..

          kindly take action against that, at least the bus drive & conductor should be more responsible or sensible toward if there is lady, old age or child passengers.

          Hope this will applicable and we will travel safe journey..

            This incident occurred yesterday i.e on 31st August 2012 between 7:10 to 7:20 pm. I
            boarded an AC bus, route no. 423, bus no. DL 1P C7309 from Moolchand
            bridge, it was going towards Khanpur. The bus stopped almost in the middle
            of the road & people started boarding the bus & as I was about to board the
            bus the driver started driving. My one leg was on the stair of the bus &
            the other leg was still hanging in the air, when people inside the bus
            started shouting then, the bus driver have stopped the bus. A kind passenger
            in the bus pulled me inside. My right leg was badly hurt & bruised. The
            accident could have been worse if I would not have been pulled inside the
            bus by one of the passenger.

            After boarding the bus, I gave 50/- rs to the conductor for ticket, he
            asked for 5/- rs change, I told him that I do not have change, so instead
            of 15/- ticket, he gave me 10/- rs ticket. I inquired him about the cost of
            the ticket till Khanpur but he simply didn't reply.

            On reaching Khanpur, I asked the driver his name but he didn't answer &
            started blaming the traffic & me for the entire incident. I could have lost
            my life or leg in that accident. The driver didn't even have the
            basic courtesy to apologize for this unmindful driving. Who would have been
            responsible if I would have died or would have lost my leg? Isn't it
            mandatory to close the doors of the bus before driving? Buses have side
            mirrors from where the driver can see the passengers boarding the bus. What
            was he doing when he started driving without even checking whether anyone is
            boarding the bus or not & without closing the door?

            Lacs of people travel in the bus every day & face similar problem. I was
            lucky enough to escape death or being seriously injured, but everyone might
            not be as lucky as I was. DTC is here to serve
            the public by providing good services. Is this the definition of serving well? What kind of training is provided to these drivers?
            Is there no value of human life?

            I don't know if this complaint will be taken seriously or not, & as a matter of fact, whether any action will be taken or not. But as a concerned citizen it was my duty to report this incident so that corrective measures can be taken to avoid any mishap.

              low floor A.C.bus 469 pass away on mid of the road speedly and do not stop on the bala saheb gurudwara stopage, this is happening daily . it has become a routine work of drivers not stopping on the specified stopage.this is not at all acceptable.once i tends to stop the bus no.469 by encountering the bus on the mid of the road and when i asked the conductor to give me the complaint book,he started arguing with me,and never felt sorry and behaved in stupid manner and not given me the complaint book.......why this happening? why the authority are keeping quit on such issues? there are many such questions lying before delhi transport corporation. when this will stop sir? we commuters are really feel sorry to get this sort of services provided bY the capital city of country where the whole country is ashamed off.is this the way we except from our country to grow,where service sector are said to be more tax distributing country.why don't the action are taken on such issues.the problem is very big and critical.
              its my humble request to the authorised authority to take necessary and hard decision to remove these issues and national capital city a big networking of dtc bus.ISHE CHUTKARA DIAYE JALDI SE JALDI.PLZZZZZZZZZZZZ!!

                  a low floor bus of dtc rout no 142 for jhangir puri to old delhi railway stn. i found at ashok vihar that the drier of the bus was not stopping the bus on bus stop properly. the driver was stopping the bus on the same line on which he is driving. i was in my car and to suggesting him he told that car drivers are usually drive so whai can i do. this process of that driver i found till the stop of shakti nagar.just to see the driver of bus is right or wrong. where i found it is his regular feature of his driving.
                  in ths regard i want to a proper and disiplinary action against that driver, as because not only his negligence his duty but also high rescue on the pedastians and also who join traffic in his driving.

                  Delhi Transport Corporation — Not stopping of Bus at Bus stand

                  I always pick Route No.507 bus from Munirka Bus Stand for Poorvanchal Hostel but now the bus driver not stopping the bus at this stand, when I met him and requested him the reason for not stopping the bus at Munirka Bus Stop. He told me the reasons that “DTC has withdrawn this bus stand from stopping of bus and Traffic Police person standing will Challan their bus if we stopped at this stand and presently there is no sign for DTC bus stand”. Private buses and other route nos. DTC buses are stopping on this stand and picking passengers regularly. I request the concerned DTC Govt. officials to see the matter and arrange sign board for stopping of bus at Munirka bus stand as students/passengers going to JNU facing lot of problems. If the bus stand was withdrawn by DTC/Delhi Govt. then reinstate the bus stand and cease the problem of passengers standing on this stand.
                  Does anyone really takes action here?????
                  Since 31/07/2012 no action has been taken against a complaint which is in public interest.

                    Dear Sir,
                    I am the daily passenger of Bus Route No. West Delhi Mudrika form Payal Stand to Dabri More Stand. Today ( 10.07.2012) in Bus No. DL 1PC 7578 I asked conductor to give a ticket for Dabri Morh. He put out a crooked ticket of Rs. 10. I deny to take that ticket. I asked him to give a new fresh ticket. Then he started to shout on me with using foul language. He intimidated me to beat.

                    I can't understand what I did wrong? And got Abused. It's the wildness of DTC Bus conductors that they can do anything and if anyone will refuse he will get Abused and beaten.

                    Please do the needful. It's not a single matter. The same thing is happening in DTC buses.

                      Sir,
                      On date 25.06.2012 at 04.20 PM place near zoo I noticed that three DTC buses all of route No.419 were going towards ITO. Out of which two were red color and one green. I also noted there number plate numbers which are as 7072, 7573 and 7393. In those buses there were very few passengers. I want to ask the officials in the authority that how time table is maintained and what was the reason three buses of same route going altogether at a time. Due to this I think that DTC profit will be affected and also such practice causes traffic jams. I do hope that necessary action would be taken in this regard.

                          On 25.5.2011, I along with my family landed at T 3, Indira Gandhi International Airport from Toshkent, Uzbekistan.
                          At 2.30 from pillar No. 18 I along with my family boarded DTC shuttle for domestic airport as I had to take early morning INDIGO flight for Mumbai.
                          ( coupon details 25 May 2012, 02.26.54 33492, in the name o[censored]jjwal Gandhi, Inward Boarding Pass HY 421, outward PNR No. 6E183)
                          As soon as we got down from the bus and took out our luggage, we realized that one black colour back pack was missing.

                          We immediately contacted three police constables who were on duty there ( two without shirts and one in intoxicated state- unable to even speak)

                          After listening the police constable instructed a taxi driver to follow the bus. The driver was under the influence of liquor and there was another man who was also heavily drunk and who claimed to be a police constable . after driving for 5 minutes demanded Rs 10,000/- to chase the bus. However he refused to chase the bus and said ,” one should understand that every body is involved in the racket”

                          Again contacting the 3 constables on duty they refused to listen to us and said,” as the officers are not on duty they are not here to take any complaint, but they are only relaxing in the airport”.

                          I tried to contact T 3 bus coordinator and CISF coordinator at T3 and help desk at the airport but to no avail
                          But neither the bus was traced nor the bag.

                          Some of the things inside the black colour back pack ( pithu bag) were --one camera ( silver colour in black pouch), one sun glasses, keys with the key ring, 2 blankets, some fruits etc

                          We are told that the bus driver of BEST bus may have deposited the bag in the lost and found section of ISBT or the bus depot.

                            This complaint is about the NON AVAILABILITY OF BUS NO.310 Jheel to inder puri 317 Shahdara to Shivaji steduim AFTER 9:00 PM.. if someone coming from Geeta Colony, Rani Garden, Kishan Kunj, Lalita Park no any bus coming between 9 to 10. i am traveling on this rout from last 6 Month but this problem still going on. i[censored] want to survay so please send any person from u department,. than u get more information about that.there is very bad condition for this and. but DTC not taking any action i[censored] not done any thing for that so i thing many of the people loss his or her job and work station... pleasessssssssssssss take action i think DTC is Sleeping

                              SUBJECT: Complaint against Route No-39 (Jai Mata Market to Jheel) for non availability from Laxmi Nagar to Jheel between 6-7 PM daily)


                              My name is Akhilesh Kumar Tripathi, I have been using monthly pass of Rs 1000- for DTC busses since 1 year.
                              I am staying at New Govindpura, Khureji Khas, Dlehi 110051.

                              I would like to inform you that there is no bus availability between 6 PM to 7 PM from Laxmi Nagar bus stop to Jheel. We are facing a serious problem because of that. I have DTC bus pass but spending a lot of money to Auto Rikshaws daily. Route No -39 busses do not come beween 6-7 PM which is the most important time for us to reach our home but facing problems because of non-availability of bus route no-39.

                              People say that Route No-39 DTC bus drivers take money from private bus operators and do not come on time and whenever come they come 2 or 3 busses together. There is very less quantity of AC busses for Rooute No-39 from Jheel to Jai Mata Market.

                              It is my humble request to you please see on this matter urgently and do the needful. Please reply me on my email id.

                                a pack of dogs have been troubling us for quite some time now.. Car's antenna chewed up.. Scooters seat all torn, all plants in the garden uprooted and what not.. list goes on.. My relatives refuse to come home due to the dogs.. Laundry men, delivery boys all refuse to provide services due to these dogs. A solution to this problem is very much needed and has to be quick...

                                Dear sir,

                                There is a stray dog permanently residing in our society, and keeps barking all night. It has already bit few people and continues to roam around within the society easily. If we leave out house flat door open for even a minute, it just comes inside the house. Any time you open the door, it is lying on the stairs, our outside someone's flat door. Given that it has already cause injuries to people, it is very important that this dog is immidiately taken away by the municipal authorities. I'll be highly grateful to you.

                                  This is to bring to your notice that we residents of Kailash hills are facing stray dogs problems. Stray dog population in this small colony is very high and it is very difficult to move in the colony as most of the dogs are sitting usually under the cars parked and they suddenly appear and have bitten so many residents. We all request that these dogs be removed from the colony so that we can go for the morning and evening walk without fear.Please pay attention to this major problem of this colony.

                                    Dear Sir/Madam,
                                    I am putting my complaint against the DTC bus service rout no 34 Noida to Mehroli via Khadar bus stand.
                                    The bus conductor (Name Mr.Aman) in Bus no DL1C-3077 dated 9-May-2012 at 7:26 PM at Khadar bus stand. I picked bus from Khadar bus stand to Khanpur as I am a daily passenger for this rout. The ticket cost is Rs.20/- but the conductor asking for Rs. 25/-. He was wearing casual dress and not carrying the tariff chart, also when I asked him to show the tariff chart he misbehaved and and shouted me to get out from the bus and threaten to call the police. Lastly I get down from the bus.

                                    I shown him the Rs.20/- ticket which I took in the morning from Khanpur to Khadar bus stand. He denied and said this is a wrong ticket.

                                    I am strongly putting this complaint and also request you to punished the conductor not showing the tariff chart and misbehaved.

                                        We are living at Barwala Village near Bawana. The service of Bus route no. 972 from Bawana to Uttam Nagar is very- very poor. We have wait for this Bus 30-60 minutes. This is single route towards this side. This route via Bawana- Barwala- Pooth Kalan- Budh Vihar- Mangol Puri- Peera Garhi- Uttam Nagar but every Low Floor DTC Bus passes through Bawana- Kanjhawala- Pooth Kalan. There are many buses from Bawana to Kanjhawala. We have complaint for this in Bawana Depot but they no pay hid to us & Low Floor Buses are any other Depot. You are requested to do the best service on this route or make a other route towards Barwala - Uttam Nagar (Direct). We are so upset regarding this route Bus service. Hope you will do the needful to the earliest.

                                        Delhi Transport Corporation — bad service of route no 450
