This is not only my complain but all the commuters are facing this problem in route no 516.
there, s one or two trips 0f dtc bus on this route and private bus conducters are like gundas when they operate poor commuters.The problem is there, s only one route and that, s also pathetic only blue line bus
service and the driver of DTC are under pressurised by these gunda conductors.
SO PLEASE IF YOU WANT TO SERVE YOUR SELF FOR THE WALE FARE OF GARIB JANTA, IT WILL BE AN AWARD FROM YOU TO ALL OF THEM
PLEASE INCREASE FREQUENCY OF DTC ROUTE 516 MORNING AND EVENING FOR GOD SAKE.

Also request please give DTC buses on other route which start from Shalimar Bagh to other destinations like 160, 631, 183, 127 etc.

I know there is nobody in DTC who can help us out in this matter because the DTC department has gone wild and rude by accepting bribe form Blune Bus conductors. If you people want to save our India form the giant of corruption then we people would have to be united. Do not afraid of these gundas and fight with them. Ask for the help for other commuters to fight these gundas. Even you can beat the corrupt drivers and conductors in the bus. I am saying so because I know, no action will be taken against becasue the same corruption is there in the police department. They are not even corrupt but also lazy. So don't afraid of any action. I think, writing complaints are not enough because there is nobody in government service who reads these complaints. So be drastic to get your goal e.i corruption free Delhi. Would it be possible? Yes, your help is needed, your aggression is needed.

I my view, to eliminate the corruption, we would have to be offensive. It may be called terror but that terror would be to clean the dirt of corruption from our India. Let's be united against this corruption .

I think he is 100% right.
There is a horrible condition to catch a bus DTC / Blue Line or RTV or Auto to go ISBT to BURARI and vise versa. So that we (People of Burari) want to increase the frequency of route number 192/ 105 to go ISBT or Camp especially in morning 7AM to 10AM and in evening 6PM to 10PM.

My suggestions are:
1. to bring a new route from Burari to New Delhi Rly Station via outer ring road, Wazirabad, Majnu ka Tila, ISBT, Raj Ghat, Delhi Gate, ITO, Mandi House, CP.

2. You can increase bus service on route no 447 to meet demand of connecting outer ring road service to inner ring road service.
3. Kindly revise your all bus route as view of metro linking.

If you provide there services all old citizen to student of Delhi will welcome to DTC and Delhi Govt in great hurrah!!

RTV running withour permit.

Dear all,
Johripur to Shasti park RTV running without rout permit, all buses run ISBT to bhajanpur and some time only ISBT to Khajuri chowk its a majour problem. all pasengers unhappy this rout due to loss mony and more time, DTC busess not avilable on duty time after a long wait and some time come 2-3 buses at a time.

Please see the metter related department as soon as posible.

I m a student of d.d.u. college. I m very disappointed with your dtc bus service. There were no any bus of route 972 came till 2 or more hours at rohini sector-24, so i were had been 2 hours late to my college & i was missed my three classes.
My request is this the number of the buses should be increases of this route.
And this request is not from my side but this is from my college friends those suffering from this problem.

This is to inform you that bus No.610 (Wazirpur to R.K Puram) has got very -very less frequency. We hardly see any D.T.C bus during office hours. Even private buse has got very less frequency and over crowded . This bus covers R.M.L Hospital, hence used by 70% Patients. It becomes impossible for patients to wait for a long time on bus-stops in such a bad weather.

I had earlier also complained but no action was taken.

I hope you will take necessary action as earliest as possible.

Dear Sir,

I want to complain you abour 39 D.T.C Buses. There are so many D.T.C buses standing on Depot but no one is ready to go on the exact time. There is no fixed time table. so commuters always get late.

I hope you will do the needful and take immidiate action.

Route of 615 has not managed properly by the DTC management. There is no proper time table for running the buses and in the evening there is no DTC bus available for a long period. I request the DTC management to rationalize the route and fix time table/frequency for the buses in route No. 615. General Public may also be intimated the frequency /or time table of the route No. 615. Often on enquiry from Bus Conductor/Driver, they replied that they were busy in filling of CNG, which resulted in delay. Further they also explained to General Public that they are entrusted the target by the DTC Management to run three trips daily, irrespective of the time table. DTC Management should regulate their trips in accordance to the convenience of public.

I, hereby, urging you not to deprive the rest of the updated candidates who got their registration before 8 June of 2010. with respect to above mentioned subject , i was journy from Dilshad garden dipo to shahdara bus stand at 8;35 a.m , the condutor (Sunil kumar ,batch no.78 ,route no.216) was drunk and demaanded Rs.20 from the distance dishad garden dipo to shshdara bus dipo, with very worst language sunil kumar deal with me.when some senior people object this this he shows the blade cut on own left formarms, and said i am very dangour man and also a goverment employee i will put you on any fake illegal offence and he threat to me i will marked on your face by the blade and injured and also put up the fake legal case on you and arreset.He slaps on my face .and he shows very dismanner, abouse. harrasement, to me and other passenger.
so i am requesting to take any necessory action on his so that he donot again.that

Toady I just reached to a DTC bus and when I was taking a ticket from Conductor, suddenly Four Checker came and said that you are traveling without ticket and you have to pay penalty.
Can someone please describe me how a passenger can take a ticket without riding to a DTC bus.

I have lodged a complaint# 14937 against this and waiting for a reply from DTC.

Delhi Transport Corporation — Non Stoppage of Bus at Bus Stop

I have a complaint regarding non stoppage of DTC buses by some of its driver on the route towards Anand Vihar to GT Border. As per DTC bus route there is BUS stop At Border then why is that there is no BUS STOP build at the same place, which was earlier there due to which bus driver's are not stopping bus at the place leading to problem for commuters. I request DTC to give proper instructions to its drivers on this route to stop the bus at the given stop of border.

I do not know how the roster is planned, usually the gap between DTC and Private is usually long and the private finally arrives just before nex DTC. It causes huge waiting for common public. I would request DTC root planner of 507 and 400 to devise rooster eith this in view.

I too suffered the same plight. I had to wait for an hour to find a private bus followed by a DTC bus. The private delayed its time probably delibrately for accumulation of passanger at bus stops.

With due respect, I want to inform you that on dated 02.03.2012 at about 17:45 hrs, Route no.211 Conductor was arguing with me about the fare and he charged Rs. 10/- instead of Rs.5/- from Shyam Giri Mandir to East Azad Nagar. I am a regular commuter of DTC. I request him to show me the fare chart but he was unable to show it. He loudly says that I am a 22 year old conductor of this route, if you want you can complaint against me. He was tried to insult me.

I usually travel in 764 it is Najafgarh to nehru place and bus no. is 8700. today on 07.05.12 driver drive the bus very slowly near madhu vihar depot he said , not able to drive bcoz gate is not opening and closing properly and canductor said ' chalo dusri bus m baita deta hu ' but all buses totally full not able to get board once we went to madhu vihar depot controller , there is lot of buses but he refuse to provide bus of that route no. 764 (hum bus nhi denge dusra ruth kaat jayega).Bus for what only for public why they cannot do that . This happen most of the time and why they donot check properly before going on the route.

As ther are many consumers who havae tocommute form budh vihare enroute jaipur Golden, they have to change buses to both up & Down on daily basis which takes too much of persius time to either reach to ofice or go bakc to home.

2. conductor bus nahi rokta wo bus ko speed mai le jata hai or hame fir dusri bus ka wait karna padta hai.
3. kitni baar to ye hua hai ke wo hame hamare stand par na utarkar aage le jate hai unko jab ham request karte hai to wo galat bolte hai kahte hai utrna hai to utro bus nahi rukegi bus kya tumhare baap ki hai
4. ham sab ticket lete hai or to 440 mai kuch ese log bhi hote 10-12 group jo ticket nahi leta or bus mai misbehave karte hai 440 ke sab conductor or driver unko jante hai fir bhi unhe bus mai aane dete hai.

Please start atleast three 764 buses from dwarka sec 8 depot between 8:00 am to 8:30 am. Please. We face a lot of problem boarding this bus from Dwarka sector 1. Please maintain proper timings of buses like NCERT, and increase the number of 764 Ladies special one at about 8:10 am.

Im the resident of mayur vihar phase2...i always have a problem in getting DTC no(349)...they dont folloe the rule and never ever come on time...specially when i get back from my college i hardly ever get DTC(349) after 2 PM...instead bluelines have a patual timigs but not the dtc...

hi, i am posting this comment on 22.05.2013. Bus route number 567 has a lot of problem. Some of the problem which i can refer to are:

1. i take this Bus from south ex to Jwala herry and pay Rs 25/- from both sides. You will not get this bus at South ex between 07.45 P.M to 9 P.M. My example is based on my experience of last four months.
2. Not a single bus is there whose AC is working properly. Some of the buses have its AC damaged permanently.
3. The worst thing which passangers face is when the conductor or driver is asked about any problem of AC they got furious and ready to fight with passangers.
4. On some occassions i have noticed that AC of the bus is off and it is switched on only when a great hue and cry is made from the passangers.
5. Some of the buses display its destination on its board Nongloi but they stop at Punjabi Bagh and for rest of the journey you have to take next bus and pay for that.

My wife boarded the DTC bus 392(06:15 PM) from Sec-62 Noida and the problem arised with the engine on 12-22. The Conductor had not returned the fare as told to wait for another DTC BUS. My wife had waited there for 45 min and took the fully loaded orivate bus. What the action is to be taken against that driver.

I've been visiting for a month in West Patel Nagar. I can't say I have seen any incident of bad dogs.

I have seen some individuals go out of their way to be cruel to the dogs.

Thankfully I have seen many genuine Hindu's and Sikh's in this community be kind to the strays.

If you really are a pious person, believe in god you would believe that the weakest, most vulnerable and starving are deserving of your respect. If possible you should try being kind to them instead of making trouble for them.

For 400 rupees you can rid 10 dogs of parasites. For absolutely nothing you can feed them the scraps you would throw in the waste. It costs nothing to be kind.

I 'Ranjeet Singh Yadav' staying in Lajpat Nagar board Daily Route no. 450 Bus to my Office.But I am sorry to say that from a month there is no proper system or timings of these buses.

Whenever yoyu asked to somebody like Bus conductors or drivers they always behave rudely and not gave any information.

Previously, after every 10 nmin there is bus but now days the condition is so worse that for 30-45 Mins there is not a singlew bus coing from Jal Vihar Terminal. A Lot of crowd is gathered on the stop and just they are always complaining.

The people are not reaching the office on time, Students are so panic that they misses there there morning classes.

But no prper arrangement is made till know the condition is more worsen when they stop a bus for 10 mins on a single stop.

I am quite agree Mr. Dheer. The same case is here on the route number 392. There are no timings of the buses except Blue Line buses. We are helpless to commute in Blue Line, the worst service in India.

DTC services: A tale of corruption

This is to bring to your kind notice that the DTC buses plying from Sect-62 Noida to Dhaula Kuan are not properly and adquetly facilitating the public. In order to co-operate with the private buses operators whoso buses WHITE BUSESS (ILL-LEGALLY)) plying on the same route which goes to show the fil and fishy role ot the DTC drivers / statff of said busess. As also the DTC Time Keeper who is deputed Sec-62 who is supposed to operate the busess as per the time schedule. He co-operate the private buses and after one private bus the time keeper release 3 to 4 busess within 5 minutes. Pl take action against time keeper.

You are, therefore, requested to kindly interveine in this matter and stop this menace which is causing gross inconvenience and trouble to the public. You are once again request to kindly take action agaisnt private busess. I am higly obliged to you if you kindly look in to matter soon. so that we are able to travel more conveniently.

Non availbility of buses
Bus Route no-569/568
I am sending many emails to you but not result i so tried.
I am regular passenger of DTC bus route no. 569/568 every day morning & evening like me many passengers wait for DTC bus 1-2 hours every day.In the Morning Sultanpuri Puri Bus terminal bus route no. 569 bus not come regularly (7Am to 8Am ) bus not coming. This is the only DTC Bus which runs on this route this bus has stopped running, for what reasons I don, t know. There are so many students and other people who have to go daily Sultanpuri to South Delhi for study or to work. All are suffering very much in the absence of this bus. The other alternative is bus route no-569, which are almost all private buses and it is too difficult to board on this bus as it is too crowded & misbehave.

Therefore with folded hands you are requested to take a quick action on this problem because public is suffering very much. Bus route no-569/568 in the morning & evening may please be started again immediately.

All the buses going to Noida run wildly, and obviously because of no control by Delhi Govt.
The condition of the three buses 392, 323 (from Dhaula Kuan ), 355 ( going through Mandi house), 492 (Nehru Place) is the worst in all cases :

1) Conductors use very bad language, and literally rebuke, the passengers badly. As soon as the bus arrives noida, the conductor becomes so bold, that he even threats the passengers, that he would throw any body out of the running bus, if continue complaining. Many times, the conductors tell there criminal history too, and terrorize by the weapons he own ( pistol or knife )
2)They smoke often in between ( and staff has already taken a good dose of drinks at the night), and rebuke the people ( even ladies ), if they complain.
3) They never wear the right dress ( you never know, who is the conductor really )
4) Badly overload the buses ( In 323 the overloading occurs mainly due to the fact, that since 2 years, they have bribed the dtc govt. buses so that they don't run from that place. The dtc bus drivers remove the 323 392 plates from there bus. They run their vehicle speedily, from the stand, so that nobody can board the govt. bus .
5) The bus runs too slow at the beginning and then at a very very high speed ( That may easily cause some terrible accidents ) In case, they feel, they are late, they just change the route, no matter the passengers complain, that they had to unboard, on the stations they skipped.
6) Bus 492, running from Nehru Place, don't allow the passengers trying to board below 10 Rs/- . At Nehru place he literally announces, that anybody, who has to go nearby, would not be allowed to board this bus. In case someone boards below 10 rs, he is not allowed to sit.

The list is unending, and complaints are countless. I hope, govt does something for this. Thanks.

As a request on 27/1/2011 at 7.45 a.am. Bus No. DL-1P 0453 of Mayapur Depot more than 25 to30 passengers were standing in the bus stop but has not stoped the bus. The bus route is Mayapure to Dhaula Kuan and then Dhaula Kuan to Noida Sector-62 (route No. 323. (Driver name is Shamlal).

During morning and evening peak hours, there is only few buses are operated on this route (Dhaula kua to noida via exp way), but from DTC website it shows that a bus in every 6 minutes. But reality is 3 or 4 bus max in one hour span and 5 to 7 private buses(without any permission from govt. side) . And these 3 or 4 buses of dtc come together after some 30 -40 minutes gap at maharani bagh and there is abt 50 passengers there and no one is able to catch the bus.
This is the same story at evening also . After a gap of 30-40 minutes, min 3 DTC buses came together and its not possible to get in to the bus because of huge rush.
Some DTC officials please take serious action against such incidents (This is the real story and when we call the helpdesk no of DTC they are not reponding in a good manner)
If DTC operates bus as per schedule means every 6 minute one bus, then how 3 4 buses came together after 30 -40 minutes (They are trying to help private services)

Local Bus Noida — Rash Driving

I want to register a complain against Noida local bus no UP15AT1038 for rash driving.The driver changed the lane without giving indicator and didn't bother to check whether any other vehicle is there or not. This caused my car a big dent and stretch on my car.After over taking also he was changing lanes like he was driving a bike. He was driving too fast on a crowded street. The incident happened near bhangel on 11th apr'[protected]@9am.

There is a accute shortage of DTC Busses during 0800 to 1100 hrs from Burari to ISBT/Central seceratate/Nehru Place/AIIMS.and during 1700hrs to 1900 hrs from ISBTto Burari or at least from Kingsway camp to Burari. Sir 80% population of Sant Nagar/Burari facing lot of newsance behevior of private transporters behaving rough and tough specially with ladies, Sr Citisions/children and handikepts.Specially Blueline bus conductors behevior with Sr.Citisions they did not allow to sit on a seat, and comments very dirty.

I live at Maninagar in Ahmedabad. Today I hired a taxi. When I got out of the rikshaw my pent got slight tore. This was due to torn body of rikshaw. I travel rikshaw twice a day and always I have to be careful. Is there any agency who checks or certifies rikshaw? Those rikshaw driver do not get fix this body and keep working in same condition. I do not care about appearance about ikshaw what to do when our clothes tear due to torn rikshaw body?

We are talking about this like it is very rare. I think the best way to takle with this problem is to get an officer of the law enforcement to go around Delhi in Civil Dress and take action right then and there. But with our goverment that will never happen. It is a very simple procedure if the cop doesnt take bribe and takes action instead. I am no genius to think of this. Autorickshaw — Drunk driver, overcharging and getting in a brawl

I would like to bring this incidence with auto no. KA05C 5871. The driver was probably drunk, refused to drop me at the designated spot, refused to go by meter, and started a brawl on this subject. Bangalore autorickshaw drivers should really be called paid lifts, as they ralways go as per their wish, never ply by meters, and when they do, the meters are usually tempered with.

Will the authorities do something? There is not even a system like Delhi, where you can easily complain of such instances.

On 21st September 2009 at Jagat Puri, near Karkardooma I stopped an auto rickshaw and asked for going Dilshad Garden. The time was 19.20 (7.20 P.M.). He refused to go on that side. At that time I was suffering from fever and was unable to stand so long. I am 60 years of age. Please infrom me any action taken by you.

I hired an auto no. DL1R F 1033 from V3S Shakarpur to Dilshad Garden at 22.15. He asked rupees 60 as fair and denied to go with meter. At reaching point i.e Dilshad Garden, total amount was 48.30 in meter but he charged Rs. 60 at 22.25. Please take necessary action and obelige.

I was wating for an auto at Rohini, Ayudha Chowk, Sector- 3 bus stand and auto rickshaw 9562 DL1RF refused to go to Jank Puri Districk Center, Metro Station. Because of traffic on roads and also he was asking for Rs. 90 though if you go by meter it comes Rs.54/- I Request you to kindly take necessay action for these autos. They alwasy refused to go to your destation.

Today at 12 15 pm I wanted to go to RK Ashram metro station from Gole Market.There were 3 autos standing there.First one asked 25 rupees for a distance that is hardly 1.5 kms..I noted down the No.immediately which was DL-1RK 6425. The second was demanded 20 rupees the no.was DL-1RE 1025..The third also asked for 20 rupees and finally when I went crazy he agreed to 15 but that was not what I wanted I saw the meter read 10 rupees..i still gave him 2 rupees more(i know that is not a lot but it is more ) he threw it on the ground..its no. wasDL-1RJ 1231.so I know that they are also harrassed by the Mafia and all but that doesnt mean they will harrass general public and surely they really misbehave..I am looking forward for some action.I tried to call the no. ([protected]) but that doesnt exist and sms also to 6767 which is also out of service guess.Please help.Thanks

I was waiting for an auto at Delhi bypass ( Near Azad pur ) and auto rickshaw DL IRF 6973 time 14.10 refused to go to Rohini Sector 5. Because of not accepting his demand he was asking for Rs. 70 though if you go by meter it comes Rs.32/- I Request you to kindly take necessary action for these autos. They always refused to go to your destination.

I suggest everyone to call directly to Transport Dept at[protected], this way I think the action is faster.

i stay in janakpuri and whenever i take an auto to travel to places like tilak nagar, south ex, rajouri garden etc all the autowalas ask for more money . i havent seen any use of meter in del. It is really shameful because delhi being the capital city has no rules and actions . i alwayshave to argue for this reason. i have stayed in mumbai, pune and bangalore but never had to face this difficulty. i am really shocked to see inspite of so many complaints no strict rules are initiated. I agree that the autorickshaw are charging extra and they used to ignore to were ever u want to go but we cannot ignore this we all have to do something against autorickshaw drivers.

I Took an auto from Rajouri garden to Lajpat nagar. he asked me for Rs 100. I asked him to go by meter. He said that meter will charge more than rs 100. His meter was on. on reaching there he refused to cross the red light of Lajpat nagar and go further. somehow i managed him to go furher. It was Rs 95 shown in meter and i was ready to pay him Rs 100 but he asked for rs 120. on refusal he abuses me in front of everybody and use many bad words. these autowallas have no shame and no guilt for what they are doing. His no is DL1R L 0795. Please punish him and cancel his License immediately.

I stayed at uttam nagar. this complaint is against all the auto wallas of this area ( uttam nagar bus terminal). they never go by meter. and always charge twice thrice of actual charges. if you say that you will complaint to plice they will say " what police will do and go and complaint if you can" they will abuse you and I am sure they are not afraid of anybody. Today My Mother went to her dentist by an Auto No. DL 1 RH 1412 from Shalimar Bagh to Gujrawala Town. Firstly he did not go by meter.
Secondly he demanded Rs. 40 for a distance that would actually cost Rs. 22 Approx.
He settled at Rs. 30.
He left her around 500 mts. away from the destination and advised my mother to take a walk.
When She requested him to drop her at the destination, he bluntly refused.
My mother got down and offered him Rs. 25 but he said "Poore Paise loonga nahin to tumhara purse cheen loonga." ( I will charge the whole amount otherwise will snatch your purse.)

My mother warned him that She will complain to which he said that he is way above the law and is a daily court goer and i should do whatever i could.

The lady passenger for whom the Auto driver left my mother away, also advised my mother to pay him and their is no point trying to teach such people.

Such state of anarchy is highly shameful and pathetic.

Today, on 25th feb, 2010, I was looking for an auto at New Delhi railway station for JNU. The auto drivers asked 200, 150 rupees whereas it comes around 100 or little over that in actual. First they do not go by their meters and then they ask fares whatever they like. Now they tell that they have to pay 30 rs. parking fare so they are charging more money. What is the rule regarding this. Should they be charging like this. Just one month before they used to charge around 120 and suddenly they have hiked the fare. The other thing is that they will take a bit less money (or whatever you are offering at your maximum) but one or two more passengers have to be accommodated. This is very problematic. Why do people hire autos? Just for the comfortability not to be crammed with so much of luggage and other people. If anybody is willing for this then it's another issue. There is no checking whether autos are running with meter or not. They charge whatever they like.
The condition is really pathetic. Traffic police should do something. This is the condition of people who live in the city then think of those who are new to the city. The poor chaps are always to be bluffed by these auto drivers. The govt. must take stringent action, penalize them and always let them run by meter.

Complaint against TSR AUTO No. DL 1RK 8069

I am aware of the fact Delhi Traffic Police is taking strong action against errant/delinquent Auto/Taxi Driver who misbehave with people and commuters. However, the ground reality is that they still continue to harass common man.
On 15.3.2010, I alongwith my aged mother was harassed like anything by TRS Auto Driver plying TSR No. DL 1RK 8069.
My mother and myself had gone to Himachal Pradesh and arrived to Delhi on 15.3.2010, I asked so many TRS Drivers to hire auto from ISBT to Sadiq Nagar but no body was agreed to go there. Thanks to your department for having prepaid booth at ISBT (Ring Road), concerned official booked one Auto No. DL 1RK 8069 (at around 7 p.m. from ISBT to Sadiq Nagar, paid Rs.89/-). Copy of receipt is not with me because when the journey was completed I handed over the same to TSR Driver but the record will be available at ISBT counter.
As the Auto Driver was not interested to go, after being compelled by one of Traffic Police Constable, we sat in the said Auto Rickshaw. Our problems started from there itself as he started making excuses and started harassing us. At last after arguing with us for about 30 minutes, he started his auto and would stop after 5 minutes at Ritz Cinema hall and approached other Auto Rickshaw Drivers to drop us at Sadiq Nagar but no body was agreed. He shouted on us saying that why you people comes to Delhi, when I said I have been living in Delhi for the last more than 30 years and what problem he has since I am using public transport. He replied “then why we had not boarded to DTC bus in place of his Auto Rickshaw” he further shouted at me and said that he (Driver) did not post a letter to me to come back to Delhi. To reach from Ritz Cinema to CGO CNG Gas pump, he took almost 2 hours. Then, he stopped his auto at CGO Complex Gas station in the garb of filling CNG.
During the whole journey he insisted us to pay Rs.30/- extra if we want to get down at Sadiq Nagar and threatened us in case I would not accept his demand he would force us out of his TSR road side rather than drop us at our residence. When I refused to pay more he forced to drop us at out side Sadiq Nagar.. When I refused to hand over the receipt issued by your department at prepaid booth at Kashmere Gate (Ring Road), he gathered others Auto Rickshaw drivers and forced us to hand over the same.
In view of the aforesaid facts, I am constrained to lodge a complaint against the said errant Auto Driver for harassing and misbehaving with me and my aged mother and requested to higher authority of Traffic Police to take stern action against him.
I invite your personal attention towards this issue and request your goodself to direct the concerned authority to take necessary action against the said errant TSR Driver so that he must learn a lesson and will not misbehave with anybody in future.
Please acknowledge the receipt with request to inform me what action has been taken against him.

I took an auto from Anand vihar Prepaid booth for Laxmi Nagar . He charged me Rs 42 for the same, Where as i took a auto from Laxmi Nagar while returning and he took Rs 30/- by metre.

It is to inform that on 13.04.10 at 5.00 p.m. I entered at Welcome Metro station and bought a token from the counter, saying “one token for Madhuban Chowk”, the clerk told me to pay Rs.16/-. I have paid the said amount and boarded within five minute in the train. When I reached Mahdhuban chowk, I came up from the train and reached for ‘exit’ wherein I put my token in the machine but machine didn’t accept it. It happened with others also. Then I was told to go at the adjacent counter. I gave my token to the clerk who asked me from where I got the train and how much I have paid, I told him from Welcome and paid Rs.16/-. Then he immediately reacted and told me to pay Rs.53/- as fine because the exact fare is Rs.18/-. I told him several times in front of other people (in support of my words) that I don’t know the exact fare and whatever the clerk at Welcome station told me I have paid. Since, it was not my fault because I specifically told the clerk to give me token for ‘Madhuban chowk’ and whatever fare he told me, I have paid him. But the clerk who was present at Madhuban Chowk was so adamant and he charged rs.53/ as fine for what reason , I don’t know.

Really it was so surprised to me that if anybody come in Delhi and travel by metro and face such situation what impression will go from the Management and Metro company.

Then he immediately reacted and told me to pay Rs.53/- as fine because the exact fare is Rs.18/-. I told him several times in front of other people (in support of my words) that I don’t know the exact fare and whatever the clerk at Welcome station told me I have paid. Since, it was not my fault because I specifically told the clerk to give me token for ‘Madhuban chowk’ and whatever fare he told me, I have paid him. But the clerk who was present at Madhuban Chowk was so adamant and he charged rs.53/ as fine for what reason, I don’t know.

Really it was so surprised to me that if anybody come in Delhi and travel by metro and face such situation what impression will go from the Management and Metro company.

I request you to kindly take up the matter with Metro for refund the same.

On 6th May, 2010 at Palam Colony. I stopped an auto rickshaw (Auto Rickshaw No.: DL1RK 2247) and asked for going Khel Gaoo (Near Panchsheel Pack). The time was 09.20 A.M. He refused to go from meter and demand Rs. 150/-. I have already complain about this on phone number[protected] and Complaing No. is 10778 (Contact Person : Mr. Mangat). Please infrom me any action taken by you.

I travelled from rajiv chowk to green park indian oil building.The meter showed only 48.25 RS. This driver demanded 80 RS from me amd started fighting. as i was getting late I took the no and ended up giving him 20 Rs more.Please take action.

I stay at Malviya Nagar and my office is in Okhla Phase 3. It is so difficult to get an auto during the office time - i have to wait for around an hour almost all the days to get an auto. earlier no one used to go by meter and used to charge almost double the amount.now its a little better as most of the autos are going by meter. but still they reject for most of the places and they where they want to go. how many times do i complain?its mad - sometimes even 9/10 autos just refuse to go during office time!and seeing a single girl, they misbehave too.

Complaint towards Auto No. DL 1G R 1222 on 22 Jul 2010.

This is regarding complaint agianst Drvier of Auto Rikshaw No DL 1G R 1222. On 22 Jul 2010 around 1030 AM i hired this auto through meter from Badarpur Border to Dir Gen of Resettlement, RK Puram alongwith my uncle who is retired Army Officer. We travelled around 50 meter from Badarpur Border, suddenly the auto driver invites one more passenger who wants to go to NTPC Badarpur, though i apprisedl him that you are not supposed to take any passanger while it is hired by the other. Ignoring my request, he seated the new passenger and started using unparlimentary words against us which was very insulting for me and especially my aged uncle. Please look into the matter so that he is not motivated to follow the same practise again and exploit the passengers.

today i had taken auto from badarpur to jaitpur in new delhi.when i reach jaitpur i give him 50 RS the transpotation charge is 7 RS badarpur to jaitpur. but when i ask my balance money he started misbehaver and given bad abusse. when i ask again why you not given my balance money he started fight with me.he give me 2-3 punch in my mouth my face totally injured and blood passout in my mouth.he already drunk with alcahole. please take early action on it

On 22nd September 2010 at Ambedkar Hospital, Rohini I stopped an auto rickshaw and asked for going to Budh Vihar. The time was 17.30 (5.30 P.M.). He refused to go on that side due to short distance. At that time my brother was suffering from accident and was unable to stand so long. Please infrom me any action taken by you.

This is all happening becoz the police is either least bothered or they get befitted from this so called errand drivers. My experience has been very bad regarding TSR in Delhi, whatever little I do travel in them. Things improved after the recent hike, they were atleast going by Meter, but again they started a new method. They will run their meter at the old rate, and have a fake chart, which charges almost rs 15 extra per ride. Plz dont tell that the traffic police is ignorant, its happening before their eyes, but we all know, they love to harass more the innocent people than the culprit...

This is regarding a complaint against auto no DL F 4724. I was getting late for office and asked this auto driver to drop to Okhla phase 3 from Kalkaji DDA flats. He didn’t use the meter and charged me 12 – 15 Rs more than the usual fare. Moreover, after I sat on the auto, he kept chatting in his mobile and when I asked him to drive he spoke really badly with me. He even asked me to get out of the auto and get another one even though I agreed to pay him whatever he charged to reach office on time. This is regarding complaint against overcharging by the auto rickshaw driver. I wanted to go to Panchsheel Enclave from Noida sec-22 Shiv Mandir Stand, I asked the driver to go there, he told me Rs.250, I didn't agreed, I asked him to go through the meter, he refused.So I told him not to go with him. He asked me how much I would pay, I told him Rs.200 only.Then he said to pay rs.20 more for the DND Toll, I also agreed saying I will pay rs.220 only.Then he also said that he will take another passenger. I refused, but when he started the vehicle, he stopped it many times to take another passenger, even I refused. Before when we came at the starting of the DND flyover he stopped the vehicle for atleast 5 min telling me that there were some police, I said what's the problem, then he said the is the Delhi's vehicle and can't enter Noida, they will seize the vehicle.Then at DND I paid the Toll Rs.20. When I reached my destination I was giving him Rs.200 fare, but he was showing his attitude and rude behaviour, and asking me to pay rs.20 more, and saying that I have agreed to pay Rs.220+ rs.20 of DND Toll. He misbehaved, he was not in his uniform, wearing dirty clothes and his meter was also tempered.
Please take action against the auto driver, I want justice.

I took auto from my home to Badarpur metro station, it is hardly a 1.5 KM distance. and Normally they charge 5 or 10 rs each person.That day he straight away said ok madam, beth jao, i also sat without asking the money. Once he dropped me at Metro station, he was asking 20 rs to give, i softly said that i always give 5 or 10 rs, but he was abusis and very rude to me. he was fighting like anything, i told him that you were not told me that you will be charging 20 rs. and than he taught me about rules & regulations. He was in a position to slap me, i told him clearly that if he will not stop i will call police, after that he was more rude.I was not in a position to do anything, as that was a peak office hours, and alos he was not down the meter.

My Only Request is to please take action on it, otherwise they take advantage and demanding more & more money from every one who travels in AUTO.

I want to lodge a complaint against these auto rickshaws, i am a regular passenger from laxmi nagar to patparganj society, for traviling i have to hired auto regularly but some of auto rickshaw driver, who regularly stand their auto in front of V3S Mall, opp. MAHARAJA BANQUET HALL, always demanding 50/ rs. when i told them for charge by meter they says meter is not working or that money is not sufficient for us if you want to go by our auto pay rs. 50 or go for anyone else. as the actual distance of my office from V3S MALL is 4 km and if they charge by meter the actual money is rs. 32 or 33 only. they misbehaving too n refuse to go patparganj . even bus service is too good n available for this route of anand vihar but as my office is inside n near about vijaylaxmi apartment i have to hire a auto . plz do something n take an early action against these two auto rickshaws so the other auto drivers can learn a lesson n me & other regular passengers from laxmi nagar can feel free from this daily problam.

I want to complain on autorickshaw no.: DL1RJ-0451
I was coming from multan nagar to rajendra place in the morning on meter basis. Normally the distance which i found while travelling in other autos was 9 Kms but in the mentioned auto the distance appeared 11 kms and when asked he replied rudly stating that i should with him for the meter check.

I request you to take an action on it and please ensure that the meter of that auto is repaired or changed.

Sir, My self jyoti i was travelling in Auto from Karol Bagh to Moti Nagar and i forgest my one plybag in this auto nd i have no auto no.. after dropping the auro after 5 min. i found that auto but i was not able to find this auto.
the auro driver said he is from uttam nagar and going there.
Sir, please if can do something in this regard nd get back my polybag i'll be highly thankful to you. in bag there are my books of college nd files also.
