There is no bus on Tirv Mudrika Service. This route is totally capture by private bus operators. A lot problem with private bus driver and conductor i.e. standing on stop up to 30 minutes, slow driving, fast driving in compitition. Requesting to DTC please maintain the TMS route on at least 15 minute service.

DTC services: A tale of corruption and misbehavour
I have been living in Delhi since 2006. My experience with DTC is very pathetic..
I have been commuting between Mahipalpur - Gurgaon since quite some time. My experience with DTC since then is worse and pathetic.

The first thing is that there is schedule for DTC buses. Private buses like CITY bus services and cabs are taking advantage of this.
The the buses that are coming from Karolbag or Dhaulakuan are fully packed when these bus reaches mahipalpur. There are are around 500+ people are commuting between Mahipalpur and Gurgaon. Between 8 AM to 9 AM you will have to really struggle to get into a DTC buses.
Because I have to get down at Shakar Chowk I wait for DTC buses because most of the cabs and private buses and taking the over bridge after the Toll tax Plaza. But the some drivers of DTC BUSES ARE ALSO TAKING THAT ROUTE EVEN TH ROUTE NOT THAT. AND THE IMPORTANT THINK OS THAT THERE IS NO SUBWAY TO CROSS THE EXPRESSWAY. MOST OF THE TIME I HAD TO WALK AROUND 2 KMS BACKWARDS TO REACH MY OFFICE. WHEN I QUESTIONED THIS THE CONDUCTORS AND DRIVERS ARE JUST IGNORING AND USING BAD WORDS.
WHENEVER I ASK FOR A COMPLAINT BOOK THE CONDUCTORS REFUSE TO GIVE IT.

AND THE MOST WORST THING AND THE DIFFICULT THING IS TAKING TICKET IN A DTC BUS. THE CONDUCTOR USED SIT AT THE BACK SEAT GIVING TICKETS PEOPLE ARE STRUGGLING TO GET INTO THE BUS DUE TO CROWD AT THE GATE. I HAVENT SEEN THIS TYPE OF SYSTEM ANY WHERE IN OTHER STATES AND PRIVATE BUSES. THE CONDUCTORS WALK IN SIDE THE BUS TO COLLECT THE FARE THAT IS THE USUAL THING AND MOST CONVENIENT SYSTEM FOR COMMUTERS. BUT THE FEELS LIKE THE DTC BUSES ARE NOT RUNNING FOR COMMUTERS THEY ARE RUNNING FOR THE CONVENIENCE OF THE DTC CONDUCTORS. THE FEELINGS AND COMMUTER IS NOT TAKEN CARE AT ALL.
Look at the CITY Life bus service, after doping office staff and going to Gurgaon in every 10- 15 minutes, if you give 10 rs you can aramse without any problem reach Gurgaon.
This is in our the so called RAJADHANI.!!! its ridiculous...

Worst helpline service: if any commuter tries to make complaint on the DTC helpline number e.i.[protected] he finds it out of service or engaged. If fortunately, he gets connected, the representative sitting on the other end talks very rudely. Their squawk voice makes the commuter more aggressive.

Tickets are reused by DTC conductors: This is that fact which wouldn’t ever come in your mind. DTC bus conductors cuts the tickets for passengers and when he sees that commuter are getting down from the bus at their destination he asks for the ticket as a checker and gives those same tickets to the fresh commuters which is main cause of DTC loss.

I know every dept is corrupted but still hoping for the best... Hoping some one would take necessary action to improve the transport system in Delhi... This is the capital of the country, which has such a worst transport system.

I've been living in Delhi since 2006 but my experience with Delhi's transport is very pathetic. According to me, transportation means, Autos, Taxies, Blue Line buses, DTC Buses which is a growing eclipse on the face of beautiful capital of India, Delhi. Now, I want to lighten the poor transportation system accordingly.

Firstly, let us talk about the Auto Rikshaws. As we all know that thousands of autos are being run in Delhi NCR and the auto rikshaw drivers charge the passenger as per their wish instead of meter reading. If somebody objects, they refuse to go. In such conditions a common man is helpless to do anything. If somebody calls the police to register a complaint, he is tortured by police personnel because they usually take bribes from them. Though, didn't ever traveled through taxi, but the same case might be there. Isn't it?

Now let us move towards the Blue Line buses, the biggest curse on Delhi's transportation system which has even made our DTC most corrupt department, I think. As I've written above that I've commuting in Delhi since 2005, so I found the poorest transportation being provided by Blue Line buses. Most of the people believe that these killer buses are of our politicians and can not be stopped however; DTC can be blocked by the owners of these blue line buses. The service of Blue Line buses is poorest service in the world. These buses are being run on the road without permit. There is no law and order for them because they pay commission to police department as well as to DTC officials. The condition of the Blue Line buses is very poor however there is nobody to check them out. Here are some bullets points which are really worry for:



1. Jerking condition of Blue line buses.



2. Rude behaviors by blue line bus staff. They use very ruff wording like; teri bahan ko chodun aage ho jaa, bahan ke lode yahin utar ke nanga kar ke marunga.



3. In fact, the conductors of these buses are real rebels who are responsible to spread terror on the road.



4. Gives hush money to DTC staff and Police so that they can not interfere in there way. If somebody does not accept bribe, is beaten bitterly. They dare to beat the govt. staff because they know that their owners will save them from any critical situation because they have very high links with high profile officials.



5. Irresponsibility: The blue line bus staff is very irresponsible. To earn money they fill the bus like garbage and stop anywhere they wish and refuse to go to its destination. The main problem is in Noida which has become a hub of criminal activities and these culprits are prevailing in NCR areas because the law and order is just zero here and corruption is in full swing.


6. Smoking: Though there is a that smoking is banned in public places however it seems that, that rule is not for Blue Line bus staffs.

Now let us move forwards towards Delhi Transport Corruption which has become a most corrupt department in Delhi followed by Delhi NCR police. Here are some bullet points which have made DTC the poorest service in the world:



1. No time table: Though, in papers, every bus is running on the road on time but in reality DTC bus drivers and conductors are the owner of the buses. They can stop buses anywhere on the road by saying; bus kharab ho gayi hai utar jao.

But, within the span of 3 year I didn’t any Blue Line bus broken down in between. If these buses are really out of service then why are being run on the road?



2. Acceptation of bribe from Blue Line staff: I have caught red handed Government servants accepting hush money from Blue Line staff. Unfortunately, I do not have a camera mobile else I would have made a video. According to a DTC driver if they do not accept bribe they are beaten. They allege that their complaints are not paid any heed by their DTC officials who have made them corrupt too. The matter becomes quite worrisome when they afraid of police and do not register their complaint against culprits.



3. No Complaint Books: Whenever, DTC drivers refuse to take the bus as per their schedule commuters ask for complaint book but the DTC bus conductors do not provide any type of complaint book.

6. Shortage of DTC buses: though DTC claims that it has sufficient buses on its routes but the reality can be seen on the road. Here, I would like to draw attention towards the Noida route (Route no – 392). I reach at bus stand at 7:50 AM but do not find any DTC from 7:50 to 8:30 AM. In eye of common man there is shortage of buses on this route but the fact is that Blue Line has bought DTC personnel’s honesty. Nonetheless, whatever the fact is; masses look for a better service from DTC.



7. No security to DTC bus staffs: many times I have snubbed and scolded the DTC bus drivers and conductors but they give excuses that they (Blue Line rebels) will beat them to death. They ever complain that their officials do not take any action to save them from these rebels (gundas); even police do not take any action against these Blue Line gundas because they have protégé of their owners.



The points given above are really worrisome. I would appeal to the nation’s young generation be alert to take rigid action those who are making our society dull.


8. Crowd in Buses: Usually a bus contains 42 seats however; more that 100 commuters are packed in a single bus whether it is DTC or Blue Line. Patients, Pregnant ladies, Old persons can not travel in such a crowded bus. A commuter can not ever carry his luggage with him in such a huge crowd.


Here are some suggestions by which the transportation system in Delhi can be improved enough.



1. DTC bus staff should be given proper protection from Blue Line gundas.



2. The timing of the buses must be written on the outer part as well inside the buses. So that buses could set out in time and reach in time at its destinations. DTC bus drivers and conductors make their own timings because nobody knows the actual timing of these buses. If the timings would remain written on the buses then the culprits would not be able to give any excuse.



3. There must be DTC bus service within the span of every 5 – 10 minutes.



4. Every DTC bus must be checked whether all the components of the buses are working well. If not, these components must be changed earliest so that hassles on the road can be avoided.



5. If anyone found guilty in corruption must be suspended from his service at earliest. It will make the DTC officials and staff responsible towards their duties.



6. The Blue Line buses must not be on the road because blue line fertility is the only cause of corruption among DTC. I would say; even terrorism is being produced by these blue line gundas.



7. Politician’s or leader’s buses shouldn’t be run on the road because they people usually show their monopoly which is dangerous to any democracy.



8. Every complaint should be written and proper follow up should be on it and every compliant should be given proper reply with a great solution.



9. Media would have to play a pivotal role in this regards.





If our government takes step forward to eliminate scars of the DTC it would have to implement the points given above. Otherwise, we would never be able to compete with the developed countries.

BUS ROUTE NO. 234 START FROM TILAK NAGAR TO NAND NAGRI. SERVICE OF THIS BUS IS NOT FREQUENT FOR THAT THE COMMUTER FACE LOT OF TROUBLE WHILE GOING TO THEIR OFFICE. PROBLEM IS THAT ITS ONLY BUS THAT CONNECT COMMUTER TO DELHI UNIVERSITY. THE SERVICE OF THE BUS START FROM TILAK NAGAR SHOULD BE SHARP 07:50 a.m. AND AS FOR RETURNING JOURNEY IT SHOULD BE SHARP 4:35 P.M. AT DELHI UNIVERSITY. IF YOU FEEL THAT ITS NOT POSSIBLE TO START THIS SERVICE AT THE TIME ASK THE DTC DIRECTOR TO RESIGN AND SIT BACK TO THEIR HOME.

I have the faith in officers so that I am complainning this...
I am Virender Kumar I am working in an MNC I am the dailly passanger of root no 957(sector 21 rohini to shivaji stadium) this bus is from rohini Ist depot time dated 22/05/09 .The same bus is comming form shivaji stadium Its about 7:38 pm at avantika when i boarded in the bus without seing the mirror the driver start the bus due to carelessness of driver and conductor i fall from the bus and it near about to death.

When I complain him then he used abussive language and misbehave me then i called to conductor to see the complain book he also avoid to give and said "nahi deta jo tujhe karana hai karle" after fome times he gave me a book i also wrote down my complain in this book.

Please take the nessasary step angainst the driver and conductor...i[censored] please email me on my email id i will be higly obliged to you.

This complain is intended to call your kind atention towards the various problems faced by the commutors. I am regular commutor of DTC Bus Route Nos. 8, 34 and 443 from Badarpur to NOIDA. There is a frequent breakdown of DTC buses and passengers hardly get any help from the Driver or the conductor.

The DTC bus driver never stops at the authorised bus stops, rather stops either before or after the Bus Stops. Also generally it is seen that one representative of Private Bus Qwners of above said Route Nos accopanies the DTC buses and sits near the driver and instructs the driver to follow the private bus and note to overtake the same.

It is also interesting to note that all private buses on the above said routes ply with approximate 150 passengers where as hardly 30 to 40 passengers in DTC buses. Even one conductor of the above said route nos confessed that Private bus owners give some amount for every to in lieu fof above said favour. He also added that we are not interested to take this bribe but are threatened and forced by the Private Bus Owners to accept the same as no cover is provided by the DTC for the safety and security of our life.

It is worth to mention here that this seems to be one of the reasons that DTC is incurring losses.


In view of the above you are requested to take the stringent action against the defaulters and do the needful.

As per the information, there are many buses on the route number 392 (Dhoula Kunwa to Noida 62) but practically a few buses can be seen on the road and these 'a few' buses are being run on the road as per the instruction from Blue Line. I think Blue Line has made the DTC most corrupt department. Even, I have seen, many times, them accepting hush money from Blue Line bus drivers/conductors. I am working in Noida since 2007 and wishing to commute via DTC. However, no DTC bus can be seen in the evening time at its stand in sector 62 Noida. Suppose, if there is any bus, there would be no timing because there timing is made by Blue Line buses not by the Time Keeper. I complainted thrice on DTC helpline number [protected]. But I didn't get any solution. Even, person sitting on the other end gives excuse that corruption is world wide phenomena. I request you to investigate this serious matter which has made the Dellhi's transport worst. If you people want to catch DTC bus driver/conductor accepting bribe from Blue Lie bus staff then you would have to pursue them and would have to commute like common man. Only then you can find out the truth because they people are very well organized with corruption. I wish I am on the right platform and will get great solution. I shall be grateful to you if any strict action is taken against the most corrupt department, DTC. I am writing the same letter to Smt. Sheela Dixit, hon'le chief minister Delhi and to opposition. Same copy of the letter is being sent to a few news agencies. Though, there are many things to be pointed out but I afraid that you will avoid reading a long mail. Therefore, I finishing it here and waiting for a favorable reply. I suggest you not to forward the case in the hands of DTC official because the entire department is corrupt. There must be independent investigation to resolve this typical problem. I hope the media will also play is genuine role herewith.

This is not only my complain but all the commuters are facing this problem in route no 105, 192, 180
there, s one or two trips of DTC bus on this route and private bus conductors are like gunads when they operate poor commuters. The problem is there, s only one route and that, s also pathetic only blue line bus
service and the driver of DTC are under pressurized by these gunda conductors.
SO PLEASE IF YOU WANT TO SERVE YOUR SELF FOR THE WALE FARE OF GARIB JANTA, IT WILL BE AN AWARD FROM YOU TO ALL OF THEM

I am regular passenger of DTC bus . There are so many students and other people who have to go daily Nangloi, Sultan puri, Mangol Puri Mundaka to Nehru Place for study or to work. All are suffering very much in the absence of buses in evening .All private buses and it is too difficult to board on this bus as it is too crowded.

Therefore with folded hands you are requested to take a quick action on this problem because public is suffering very much. Please sir start a LTD bus in route of Nehru Place to Sultan Puri/Mangol Puri after 7:00 pm i m very thankful to you.

I am regular passenger of DTC bus route no. 567 for the last two years bus not coming in evening. This is the only DTC Bus which runs on this route and for the three months, this bus has stopped running, for what reasons I don, t know. There are so many students and other people who have to go daily Nangloi to South Delhi for study or to work. All are suffering very much in the absence of this bus. The other alternative is bus route no-529, which are almost all private buses and it is too difficult to board on this bus as it is too crowded.

Therefore with folded hands you are requested to take a quick action on this problem because public is suffering very much. Bus route no-567 in the evening may please be started again immediately.

im working in lajpat nagar.there is no direct route b/w my mundka (my home) & safdharjang, only a Ltd bus b/w Rani Khera & Nheru Palace which is over flow.so, make this Ltd. Survice to a permanent route & play two or three buses, so that permanent passengers & also DTC(high cash) are benefited

Sir, The buses plying between Safdarjang Terminal and Gurgaon are mostly not available between 6.30AM to 7.00 AM. Today at 6.45AM the Bus Driver of Safdarjang Terminal to Gurgaon has not stopped the bus at Kidwai Nagar Stand inspite of request from comutors. This causing a great invonvinence to School/Office gowers. It is requested that necessary action may kindly be taken and instrction may be issued to stop the buses at Kidwai Nagar Stand/Delhi Hatt.

I live in 26/130 Block, West Patel Nagar. There is increased incidince o[censored]nruly activities of stray dogs in our area.I feel unsafe during normal hours and during night I fear that they might bite me. I have seen their unruly activities to lots of people in past few months. Not only me our childrens at are at risk and it seems that MCD is sleeping. If the MCD has opened this complain cell then do justice to my complain. Wherever I go in this city I see lots of stray dogs. I dont know why is the stray dogs division opened in this city when the residence has fear of dogs every time they get out of the home. I think this needs an immediate attention.

I Mannu dheer staying in Nangloi board Daily Route no. 567 Bus to my Office Nehru Place.But I am sorry to say that from many months there is no proper system or timings of these buses.The people are not reaching the office on time, Students are so panic that they misses there there morning classes.

Whenever yoyu asked to somebody like Bus conductors or drivers they always behave rudely and not gave any information.

A Lot of crowd is gathered on the stop and just they are always complaining.

I am higly obliged to you if you kindly look in to matter soon. so that we are able to travel more conveniently.

Early action from your end will be highly appreciated by us.Please arrange to regular service in this route 567 Nangloi to Lajpat Nagar.

Bus Route no-569/568
I am sending many emails but not result i so tried.
I am regular passenger of DTC bus route no. 569/568 for the last one and half year bus not coming in evening. This is the only DTC Bus which runs on this route and for the last one and half month, this bus has stopped running, for what reasons I don, t know. There are so many students and other people who have to go daily Sultanpuri to South Delhi for study or to work. All are suffering very much in the absence of this bus. The other alternative is bus route no-569, which are almost all private buses and it is too difficult to board on this bus as it is too crowded.

Therefore with folded hands you are requested to take a quick action on this problem because public is suffering very much. Bus route no-569/568 in the evening may please be started again immediately.
