Conductor had occupied more than one seat in the bus full of passengers and when i asked to offer me the seat he forced me to handle his belongings and disagreeing this he abused and slaped me 2 times without any reason. Hence asking about complaint book, he refused to give me the same. Name - sanjay Driver name-maharam Marshal name-krishnan kumar Bus no.- dl 1pc 1502 Depot name - harinagar depot. Poor timing of 718 bus.there is no bus between 2pm to 6pm from kapashera border.there is poor management of dtc bus.
