Delhi Transport Corporation [DTC] — I am complaining about misbehavior of the DTC bus driver | |||
Sub:- Misbehavior and rude& filthy language used by Driver of DTC bus no.DL 1PD 4621 (Route No. 120 STL and entry refused by the said Driver. Sir, On 31/07/2021 at about 9.00 A.M I tried to take the aforementioned bus from Swatantra Nagar bus stop on Bawana -Narela Road, but the said Driver was in a hurry and closed the doors and started running the bus and thus did not allow me to enter the bus. My son was with me to drop me at the bus stop by his scooty, so we chased the said bus by scooty to catch the said bus on the next stop. On the next bus stop near Railway faatak also the driver did not open the doors of the bus despite my repeated requests and despite vacant seats in the bus. As the railway faatak was closed at that time and remained closed for 5/7 minutes and the said bus remained stopped at the railway faatak but despite my request the driver did not open the doors to allow me to enter into the bus, but in the meantime a person known to the Driver came to get on the bus and the Driver opened the door for him and allowed him to enter into the bus and when I tried to enter into the bus the driver did not allow me and on my insistence and pleading that I am getting late for my duty, the driver misbehaved and used filthy language against me and closed the door of the bus. As such, I was compelled to go to the main bus stand Narela to take another bus which caused much delay in reaching on my duty. The rude and irresponsible behaviour has caused mental pain, agony, insult and humiliation to me. Kindly take strict disciplinary action against the said bus driver.
