Delhi University — 500 Deducted for Migration Certificate but not reflecting in application

I filled migration form on 19th May 2023 and the payment for 500 got deducted from my Bank Account, while the website showed payment failed.
It is still showing as payment pending.
My form no. is MIGPRO[protected] and my SOL Id is[protected].

Request you to please either update the payment status or refund the sum.
