[Resolved] Delhi University — Migration Certificate fee deducted but application not approved

I submitted the fee amount of Rs 500 through Debit card for the migration certificate from the university on 13th June 2023. After loading for a while, it showed transaction failed and the application is still pending. Jun 13, 2023 Complaint marked as Resolved The DU website crashes a lot, I got the acknowledgment slip after refreshing the page. Delhi University customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
