Delhi University — Admission fee not refund

Respected Sir/Mam,
I VISHAL, took admission in "B.Sc physical science" course in "Swami Shraddhanand" College on 10/11/21
Whom I had cancelled the admission on 28/12/21 as per the guidelines of DU's cancellation policy.
As per the instructions of the guidelines, I should have got my fee refund but I have not received it yet. May I know why is it taking so long for me to get the refund ?
