Delhi University — Amount got deducted but its showing payment failed

I have paid fee of INR 500 to request a migration certificate from the Delhi university. the payment was made on 23/12/2022 and I am also attaching a screenshot as a reference. while the amount got deducted from my bank account and the official website through which the form was requested was showing that the payment has been failed.
