I thought the extra amount would be added to my next session fees of 2nd year. It certainly didn’t that is why i have issued complaint

Complaint marked as Resolved

I cancelled my admission on 28 December 2020. Filed complaint on 22 February 2021. No one helped me out to sort this off . But finally after lot of patience I got my money back .

I have submitted fees and it showed me transaction failure then i tried with my credit card and again 15000 deducted but it showed me transaction failed now the fees slip has been generated but money deducted from both the cards form no is 20189242 please look into this matter and resolve the issue as soon as possible.

They took migration fees from the link given on the site and gave me an acknowledgement as well of Transaction number 20210111111212800110168043573764751. My 500 rupees have been wasted, I was a student from Sri Aurobindo college graduated in 2020. My examination roll number is [protected]. Kindly look into matter and refund my 500 rupees for the inconvenience I've faced.

My name is Mahek Chawla of vivekananda college, took admission in October 2020. While doing admission process, du website was responding so I did payment from another account. However it was showing no payment is received and then suddenly payment got deducted from both the accounts. The fee was 13, 400 and eventually they deduct 26, 800.
They are not responding to any call nor email. Its February and they refuse to take any action against it.

My name is Abhishek. I have enrolled in Sri Guru Nanak Dev Khalsa College. I paid my fees today, which is 14th October 2020 for the total amount of 18025/-. Due to the session expired error I have paid the fees twice. And the same amount has been deducted from my account twice. In an orientation session the students with the aforementioned situation were ensured that their fees that had been paid twice would be refunded. I therefore request you to kindly refund my fees at the earliest, as no action has been taken in this regard.

I am Annu Sharma daughter of Manoj Kumar Sharma. Residence of j-24/1 main road 4th pusta kartar nagar Delhi 53. DOB[protected] have given entrance test for b.Ed home science on dated 09/09/2020 by unreserved category, my result came and I got 94 out of 400 marks, for unreserved category there was a name with 91 out of 400 marks but my name was not in that list where as I got much marks than that when I asked for the inquiry there was not satisfied answer from faculty. I am attaching all reference documents please request you to take necessary action.
