I raised an online transcript request using http://app.du.ac.in/transcript_marksheet/index.php/site/dashboard on 25th Feb and also made all the payments. However, I haven't received any update on this from the university. In fact, there is no evidence on the site when I re-login that it was made. Also, I noticed that the entire online process has been changed and is asking for online payments again.

Please assist.

    I completed B.Com(Pass) from University of Delhi - School of Correspondence Course in 2001.
    I have marksheets for all three years and even the original fee receipts.
    Right after my graduation, I moved to a different city in India and then to the US, due to which I could not collect my Degree.
    I have made multiple attempts via different channels to request for the degree over the period of years but without any success.
    Could you please suggest how I can get the degree certificate posted to me?

      I Gurleen Kaur, wanted to apply for transcript and for the same I went to DU North Campus for submission of documents and with receipt of fees paid on fee.du.ac.in for Transcript Order ID-471208. But University told to apply online for Transcript through website - exam.du.ac.in. I logged in the same uploaded my documents but link shows to pay the fees which I have earlier paid. Kindly help for the same for refund of fees earlier paid or adjust the fees .

                    I took admission at one of the colleges under Delhi university by paying around Nine thousand. I cancelled my admission within one month of the admission date by paying 1000 as withdrawal money.
                    They notified that after admission process ends, refund will happen. Its been 3 months. Refund do not happened. When will this money will be refunded?

                      I made the paymnt of 1000 rs on 24th feb with the transaction no.[protected]. From Paytm. I hv also shared the receipt with online application form. But today I Receivd a mail stating that du has not received any receipt, and also it is not showing in track payments. Now I don't know whom to contact about this. Kindly help me in resolving the issue.

                        On 25th feb 2021, I made payment of Rs.500 for migration certificate vide order id: 455724 and transaction id: M3873987
                        But I didn't received any acknowledgement and if I track payment, it is showing still pending on portal.
                        Please look into it and do the needful.

                                  I have submitted fees and it showed me transaction failure then i tried with my credit card and again 15000 deducted but it showed me transaction failed now the fees slip has been generated but money deducted from both the cards form no is 20189242 please look into this matter and resolve the issue as soon as possible.
