DU Sol has deducted money via Paytm UPI and money (₹4040) has been deducted from the account but no fee receipt has been generated nor the money is refunded to the account. Payment was made on 7th Nov, 2020 and today is 12th Nov, 2020. Please look into it otherwise this kind of mishandling by DU sol will be addressed in court.

      Sir,
      I am manvi chauhan from campus law center my issue was that a year has already been passed but I didn't get my refund back I had filled refund application form provided by my college but they didn't take any action as if now. I tried to contact my college they didn't answer and said we've tried to contact finance branch. I don't what they're up to now it's high time to refund back I am requesting you please go through it and resolve my problem asap. I am unable to upload picture I don't why ?

        I was wrongly mentioned my exam details in fees payment. Instead of right code number i mentioned wrong subject code.
        So, is it possible to correction my fees recieve after made payment of my exam fees..

          I submitted my fees for addmission under 4th cut off in Dyal Singh College but after submitting all the necessary details of card and payment when I proceed to pay, it showed e-receipt null but amount has been deducted from my account.

          Please let me know what should I do know.

            I have to pay my fees double time to get admission in KMC(REFERENCE No - 10472/KMC/17/1)due to some technical fault . First I paid my fees and initially dashboard showed payment done but I didn't received receipt as stated earlier . Also, when I viewed my dashboard again it showed option to pay fees . So finally I have to pay another fees and this time payment was successful as I received receipt . Later, I contacted bank for my first payment and they informed me that my first payment has reached university and university also admit that . So as my extra fees payment is with you please help me by giving it back to me.

                Sir,

                I am Sarvanan, completed my B.com (H) from Ramanujan College, Delhi University on 2017. But yet I haven't received my B.Com(H) Degree. whenever I tried to call my college admin office they give a nasty reply.

                Its about 4 years gone.

                I request you to please take action and make an arrangement to collect my Degree.

                    I am an ex-student of Delhi University who has failed second year and i have to take admission in third year as i have cleared my papers. But now as i am opening the link for November-December 2019 result, it shows that the link has expired. It is very important for me to find my results or else the readmission won’t be done and this is the last year for me to complete my graduation. Please help me reageding the same. It is an urgent request.

                      There are many people with typing error in marksheet and degree. This is pure absence of mind. Correcting that degree and marksheet costs us lots of money and time. University like this should at least do this basic thing with care.

                        During admission in DU money get deducted but payment get on processing when i was making payment from UPI . Bt after 3 days UPI says paymet has been successful bt college says that is not .

                          To Whom It May Concern,

                          I was filling my sister admission fee(Reference no :- 69083/GARGI/37/1 ) on 16 oct .During the payment process my balance got deducted but didn't get any acknowledgement from your side of whether it is accepted or not.
                          So i thought payment is not confirmed as there was no acknowledgement hence i waited for acknowledgement, But still there was no info regarding my payment from your side all i had was bank statement of balance deduction. So I tried to pay application fee from my second bank account.

                          Same happened with second bank too balance got deducted but there was no confirmation from your side but after some time my first payment got accepted on du portal. Now there is info regarding my second payment. Kindly do the needful ASAP.

                                Delhi University Examination Department take two months excluding Saturdays and Sundays and holidays to provide Transcripts to students while in other universities its just a matter of a day or max to max 3-4 working days. I need my transcripts sooner but there is no way to you can issue your complaint. No one takes calls at contact numbers given on university website.

                                I had submitted request on 16th October 2020 for transcripts and DU Examination department asked to receive in December second week. Please help on how to get in October itseld.

                                  My name is wrong in the Devanagari script (Hindi language) while in English it is spelled correctly. In Hindi however Sambid Verma (सामबिद वर्मा) is written as सम्बिद वर्मा. Kindly enlighten me about the process to correct it

                                    I saw that in my graduation degree my surname is misspelled by the university.

                                    My marksheet and provisional certificate has my correct surname i. E. Bhola but on my degree it says bhoal. Can u guide my how to change this. It was an error from university‘s end and i am clueless on how to resolve this issue.

                                      On September 7, my daughter namely Drishti Bharara, went to your centre to give an entrance exam for clearance in your prestigious university
                                      However, there were no precautions being taken. The covid patients and healthy students were using the same ward to enter and exit. Moreover the guard wasn't wearing a mask or gloves as a precautionary measure and regardless was given the duty to distribute masks for students to wear.
                                      My daughter immediately caught infection while she returned home
                                      This is a highly negligible act at your end since it's a matter of so many lives

                                        I want my degree certificate to apply for a visa. DU is not issuing, nobody replies to mails or calls. Through online portal also degree is not being issued. Please help. If I don't get my degree I will be in a big problem. Pls help.
