On 28th august at 11.53 am, I paid Rs. 500 for my final year/semester marksheet, but immediately after the payment the site showed error and I neither received the fee slip nor the marksheet. I request you to solve this problem either by giving me the marksheet or the refund of my deducted amount.

I have to download marksheet of nov-dec 2020 from du portal and paid 500/- amount got deducted from my bank account but online form showed transaction failure.

I applied for revaluation form and my first payment got failed first but then it was made successful. But I made double payment and I want refund of 1000 rs . I have submitted all the documents but still didn't get any refund

Myself rachna singh I had applied application for a Migration certificate from South Campus, Motibagh of Delhi university at Adminstrative Block. Due to improper guidance from the authority staff by mistake I have made wrong payment on the Delhi University Website portal by selecting the unwanted option to give payment required for Migration certificate. I have made the payment of five hundred rupees and got receipt of the payment but unfortunately the authority member denied to accept this payment for Migration. Then I had to make a payment one more time, though this time selecting the appropriate options on the screen of the DU Miscellaneous Payment Portal. 1000 rupees were taken from me in name of Migration certificate. The Staff Member said that now he cannot help to get a wrong payment of 500 rupees back.
I have tried contacting all the numbers provided for helpdesk From D.U but no one picks. I hope this issue gets resolved quickly and I get justice.

I was applying for Migration certificate from Delhi University website. I paid 500 fee. Money got deducted from my bank account but I didn't receive payment receipt. It resulted zero I wrote many complaints I didn't got any call nor e-mail I humbly request you to return my money back asap.

Still, I have got no call, kindly see my complaint and give my money back asap it has been a whole year. writing e-mails and calling your staff always say your money will be refunded to your account but I didn't get it. Kindly refund my money asap.

The final year result of many students at Delhi University is awaited. Therefore, I request the authorities concerned to declare result at the earliest. I went to North Campus, Exam Branch twice to submit the application but the declaration will take almost a month. By the time the date of PG admissions as well as Revaluation would pass by. Please declare the result as soon as possible as the career of many students is at stake. Our whole year might go wasted because of this.

I paid the wrong amount by 9685 and wrote many e; mail but didn't get any response. I contact the grievance cell too still didn't get a response then I contacted the fees payment department every time they said you will get a refund in my account but still I didn't get it. It's a humble request that I am from a middle-class family kindly refund my money asap.

I am Suhani Taneja I paid the fees of shyama prasad Mukherjee College for Women on 11 Dec due to lack of knowledge and improper guidance of staff by amt. 9685 . I wrote many e-mails to DU but got no response then I called on numbers every time they tell they will refund the fees to my account but I haven't got it to tell yet. I request to refund my fees. I am from a middle-class family. I humbly request you to pls refund my money asap.

I am a second semester student of your university. While filling my exam for, the fee of Rs 1410 got deducted twice instead of once. Kindly refund my amount.

I have paid my examination fees twice as the portal was not getting updated the first time and so I paid it again.But please help me to get the refund of double payment.
