Complaints against street dogs
Hi Sir/Madam,

My name is Y.P.Singh, Security Officer at the University of Delhi South Campus would like to bring your kind attention to the problem of street dogs increasing day by day in our campus. We have three Hostels one of the girl's and two boys' Hostels and residential areas with around 100 family quarters. people are facing a lot of problems due to street dogs. There are so many mad street dogs in this locality because of them it’s very difficult to take a step out of their houses, especially at night time. Students are coming for study purposes at late night in the library and face problems because dogs bark at them they come closer to the motorbike rider to bite them. Sometimes biker loses their consideration from the road which becomes a cause of serious causalities.

Generally, these dogs can see lying on the roads and they make their victim the entire person who passes by them. many students and children have fallen on the bike as well. So this is my humble request to you to please pay attention to my letter and send immediately Dog catcher team to this area so that all will get rid of this problem soon.

Hi I just made a payment of Rs. 1400 for my transcripts and amount is debited from my account but on the Delhi University Transcript page the failure message appeared. I am worried about my amount as this is successfully paid from my bank but on the DU website my transcript page showing that Payment is due. Please help me out.

I paid Rs 500 to download the migration certificate for the year 2018. I made the payment through UPI mode, though the payment was deducted from my account it reflected payment failure on the panel. Please look into it. The transaction id and payment proof is attached.

I paid INR 710 for my DU 4TH SEM FEE IN slc Samarth site, the fee was deducted however the application wasn't successful.

I paid rs 1011.80 using my credit card for the payment of transcipt fee. After deducting the amount it automatically logged out and shows payment failed. Please look in to the complaint

Last date came and i have to pay again with late fess. i have to pay total rs1560.

around one month passed but no fess refunded

I made a payment of ₹1000 to delhi university at 01:23 am on 12th march 2023 as fee for migration certificate. The amount fee got dedeucted from my account but the portal shows payment failed. Please approve the application or refund the amount. Please redress the issue I need the migration certificate on urgent basis.

I paid a amount of 1300 for transcripts on 15th December 2022. The amount got deducted from my bank account and transaction is shown completed from account's end.
However, the transaction failed at DU's end.
How do I claim refund for the lost amount?

Rs 500 was deducted via UP| payment but the online form says the payment failed. I have a receipt from Paytm for a successful payment of rupees 500 to DU Certificates for the same transaction. Please refund the amount.

I applied for transcripts on jan 3, 2023. paid for postage charges as well and even after 40 days i have not received my transcripts.
