I had paid the amount of 1100/- through UPI on 4th july, at 12:05 am which was deducted from my account but didnt show to be paid in the transcript website. I have done the process again through debit card for the money to go through. Please refund the amount as soon as possible.

    I wanted to apply for my transcript through fastrack. I have completed the fast track payment and am stuck at the transcript issuing website. I have completed the process for 2 transcripts and had paid an amount of INR 1100/- for the same at 12:05 am of July 4th, 2023. The website stopped at the transaction and still shows the money not paid while it has been debited from my account.

    My reference number for the transcript application is TRANS[protected]

    I am attaching the UPI deduction of amount from my UPI Id through easypay
    Please help me through as I need the transcript urgently. Please accept the application or refund the money as soon as possible.

      I had applied for migration certificate and made payment twice on 2-7-2023 both the time amount has been deducted from my account but it was showing payment failed my application number is MIGPRO[protected]
      please address the complaint asap as i am need of my migration certificate

          As part of my PhD admission process Northwestern University, USA, is seeking electronic transcript directly from DU. I see the notice that upon payment of a Rs. 500/- an electronic transcript can be sent as attachment to emails directly to USA and Canada universities. However, the link, given, does not work.

          The Dean has responded to my text message that this is not done. The university is looking for a confirmation email claiming such electronic transmission of transcripts services are not offered.

          This is very urgent to complete my admission procedure with Northwestern. Please help.

              I'm filing this complaint on behalf of my daughter.( Asha Saravanakumar, application number[protected].My daughter tried to register for du first phase registration.But at the time of making the payment, the payment gateway was not working.She tried several times to make the payment, but the page to the payment gateway was not loading.This issue persisted for the last one week even after continuous trials.We tried contacting DU through both phone and email but they kept telling us to try again, but it simply wouldn't work.As a result I'm unable to complete the registration process and it continues to show "payment pending".Please resolve this issue at the earliest and provide me with a suitable solution.

                On 20th June 2023, my son Basil Nainan Shibu filled the application for CSAS 2023 UG Admission registration on ugadmission.uod.ac.in portal My Application No. is[protected]. When I click on the payment option, it doesn't take me to the payment gateway. So I am not able to pay the registration fees.

                When I called their Helpline number, they advised me to keep trying as many other students are facing the same problem. I have been trying for the past 3 days, but the issue is still not resolved till date (23 June 2023). Please advise how I can make the payment to complete my registration for CSAS 2023 UG admission.

                      I paid rs 500 for my migration certificate via UPI but it doesn’t provide any acknowledgment slip and the money is being deducted from my account I do get a text message that I have made a payment for du but I don’t have any receipt. Refund my money or provide the slip

                        Hi,

                        I had applied for the online transcripts and paid the fee through the online portal on May 16. But when I rechecked the application, it is asking me to repay the fee on the portal.

                        My application number is TRANS[protected] and I have attached a screenshot of the successful transaction too.
                        I have tried calling them on the number mentioned on the portal but nobody has ever cared to answer the phone call.

                        Please help me with this!

                          The university gave ER in three subjects of OBE even though I gave the papers they said they did not receive it. I submitted application more than one month ago, they said they will revert in 2 weeks but still no response. Over and above they are saying that I would need to waste my year and give all three exams in offline mode next year.

                            My name is Anil kumar
                            A student from
                            [protected] Batch o[censored]G course i took admission and i cleared 1st year and after giving the 2nd year exam i failed in political science subject and after giving the 3rd year online exam in the Time of COVID 19.
                            Collage is shut down that time
                            And Result was coming out and
                            I passed all subjects of 3rd year but again I got ER on the 2nd year political science subject.
                            As we all know because of COVID college is closed after contacting the south campus moti bagh i reached there in August 2021 i ask them what should I do
                            They wants me to wait till University release any statement about exams
                            In February or March i go there again
                            there was a sir in enquiry department I told him all the details and He tell me about Delhi University 100 years sanitary scheme and
                            He guide me to fill the examination form
                            Because He was a Employee from the department I trusted him and
                            i fill that form and pay exam fee of 2100 Rupee something and as he said examination date out soon.
                            I am waiting eagerly
                            I am going regularly for asking about exam and they said waiting till it is coming out.
                            Finally datesheet coming out but I am not eligible to download the admit card
                            i go there and ask about it so they said you fill the wrong examination form
                            And your span period of 5 years is over now.
                            I sat
                            That sir told me to fill this form and
                            Then they said get out from the campus
                            And go home.

                            They wasted my 3 years and my career Too for not giving the right details
                            Now I Struggle for the job because of not complete graduation.

                            From That time to now i regularly go south and north campus for the request to do something we already in trouble financially.

                            Please Help me.🙏

                                As on May 2, 2023 I have filled the online Transcript form along with the payment done through my PhonePe account. Even though I have done the payment, I haven’t received any confirmation mail from Delhi University. It’s been a month. Due to their technical glitches, they are asking us to pay over and over. It's really Important document. It's been more than a month now.

                                Kindly ask them to either refund to the source or send confirmation mail as my application is stuck due to their negligence.

                                In hope you address this issue at the priority.

                                  I have just applied for the migration certificate and I had made the online payment via Paytm but the portal still shows that my application is partially filled. The amount has been deducted from my account but it has not been reflected in the online migration form. Please see to it!!!

                                    I filled migration form on 19th May 2023 and the payment for 500 got deducted from my Bank Account, while the website showed payment failed.
                                    It is still showing as payment pending.
                                    My form no. is MIGPRO[protected] and my SOL Id is[protected].

                                    Request you to please either update the payment status or refund the sum.

                                    I'm also attaching the screenshot of payment deducted.

I have made the online fees payment through Paytm but it is still showing that your application is partially filled.
