Delhi University — Deduction of money from account but status showing failed payment

On 23 Jan 2023 I Paid fee OF 500 to the DU certificates for migration certificate, and it was deducted from my account. But in application form, it is showing payment failed, so please resolve my query by making payment successful from DU certificates end.
