Delhi University — Deduction of money from account for transcripts fee but portal is asking to repay the fee

Hi,

I had applied for the online transcripts and paid the fee through the online portal on May 16. But when I rechecked the application, it is asking me to repay the fee on the portal.

My application number is TRANS[protected] and I have attached a screenshot of the successful transaction too.
I have tried calling them on the number mentioned on the portal but nobody has ever cared to answer the phone call.

Please help me with this!
