Delhi University — Delhi University Payment deducted for Application for Transcript but the online form says payment failed

I applied for 4 copies of transcripts online and successfully paid INR 1400 via Paytm payment but the online form says the payment failed. I have a receipt from Paytm for a successful payment of rupees 1400 to DU Certificates for the same transaction. Please resolve the issue on URGENT basis.
