[Resolved] Delhi University — Delhi University Payment deducted for Application To Request for Transcript but the online form says payment failed

Rupees 1100 was deducted via UPI payment but the online form says the payment failed. I have a receipt from Paytm for a successful payment of rupees 1100 to DU Certificates for the same transaction. Please refund the amount. +1 photos Was this information helpful? No (0) Yes (0)
Jun 15, 2022 Complaint marked as Resolved I got a mail from Consumer complaints regarding the same being updated to DU. I later checked back my application to find that the Payment now says successful. Delhi University customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. Jun 15, 2022 Updated by Romina Joseph Thank you for getting the needful done. The website now says Payment was a success. Application was sent successfully.
