Delhi University — didn't get any confirmation message of fee payment.

Respected management,
This is to inform you that i paid my fees of amount 26, 698 on 31 august 2017. I got the message of amount deduction from my mother's account. But i didn't get the fee payment receipt. I also got the message of payment to registrar university of delhi fee collection but not get any confirmation message from du itself and not get the fee receipt as well.
Please, look into the matter and try to resolve it as soon as possible.
