Delhi University — DU declared me absent in an exam and put wrong subject code in my result

in my recent exams conducted last year in december 2021.I gave the every subject exam but when I saw my result it showed absent in one of the exam and it is the wrong subject code shown in the result
the subject code was 12317515 but in my result it showed 12317508
