Delhi University — du fee refund

Sir, i cancelled my admission from delhi university desbandhu college and take admission in acharya narendra dev college the fees is settelled from dbc to andc (M) but the rest fees amt. Not transfferred in my bank account. The amount only shows in du admission portal bank detail on my id
So how i can withdrawal my refund fees amount. Please help.
Should i need to visit university?
