Delhi University — du - fee refund has not received since august, 2019

My name is Harshita (Form no.[protected].
I took admission in Shyama Prasad Mukherji College For Women Delhi University under 2nd cut off in UG admision 2019 & course Bsc (Hons) Mathematics & i cancelled my admission on[protected] and my fee was Rs. 9885.00. Now its been more than a year & my fees refund has not been initiated & I urgently need that money.
Kindly look into this matter and refund fee as soon as possible
