Delhi University — fee balance refund

Sir, i cancelled my admission from delhi university shyam lal college and take admission in motilal nehru college the fees is settelled from slc to mlnc (M) but the rest fees amt. Not transfferred in my bank account. The amount only shows in du admission portal bank detail on my id
So how i can withdrawal my refund fees amount. Please help.
Should i need to visit university?...
