Delhi University — Fee receipt not received after filling migration certificate form online from delhi university

I have filled the online application for migration certificate. After filling the required details I've made the payment as well but I didn't receive the fee receipt even after checking that money is deducted from the account. I need the receipt for further process. Please resolve this issue.
