I took admission in Zakir Hussain College(Evening) college right after the fourth cut off this year but thereafter canceled my admission online paying Rs. 1000 as the cancellation fees/charges. But I'm yet to know any information about my fee refund. The online wallet showed all my bank details and the refund amount of Rs 8620 correctly, but I'm yet to receive any return in my bank account even after so many days. And now, they have closed the admission portal containing the details of cancellation of admission and wallet without any information or notification. I have tried mailing the university as they have mentioned on the website and calling the phone number, but there was no response from them.
Everything was so organized just until the cancellation fee were to be refunded, yet there's nothing but silence when we want our money back. No helpline service works, no mails replied, it's really contemptible on the part of such a huge and prestigious university. Was this information helpful? |
