[Resolved] Delhi University — GooglePay deducted for Application To Request for Transcript but the online form says payment failed

Rupees 1500 was deducted via UPI payment but the online form (Form No. TRANS[protected] says the payment failed. I have a receipt from Paytm for a successful payment of rupees 1500 to DU Certificates for the same transaction. Please refund the amount. so that i can process my request again.

After I clicked on Pay Fee again after few weeks, the status got updated.

Delhi University customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
