Delhi University — I paid fee for downloading marksheet but neither received the fee slip nor the marksheet

On 24 September at 11:26 pm, I paid Rs. 500 for downloading my first year marksheet of session may-june 2018. But immediately after payment the site showed error and neither received fee slip nor my marksheet. I request you to solve this problem either by giving marksheet or refund of my deducted fee.
