Delhi University — I submitted fees of rs 500 and uploaded document online for migration certificate but despite passage of around 6 weeks

I appllied for migration certificate from du and paid fees of rs 500 andup loaded document on line but i did not get any response from DU so far i need migration certificate to study in another university
