Delhi University — Migration fees payment on site is not updated since 24hour

F1/524,street no. 2, Main shyam park, sahibabad

College administration always ask for online payment for migration certificate and site always shows that ''site is not secured'' still online payment is compulsory. I have paid migration certificate fees on[protected] but it is not updated yet on[protected] so how can i get fee slip for migration for which i don't have enough time.
It is showing server error since last night. And i have payment proof in sms form but college is asking for fee slip which i am unable to get because of site issues.
