Delhi University — Not record found in result

Sir, i am student of delhi university NCWEB . I have given my final year exam successfully, i also got confirmation mail of submission of answer sheet, but when my result declared then my result was not showing it was showing record not found. I contacted either NCWEB department or my teaching centre but they don't have any solution of this. They took performa from me . But still i dont have my result .its not my mistake because i have done all formally which i should. Please help me i am very dipressed.
