[Resolved]  Delhi University — Payment deducted for DU Transcript but not showing failed

Date :[protected]

Rupees 1511.80 was deducted via HDFC Net-banking payment but the online form says the payment failed. I have a confirmation and payment reference # from for a successful payment of rupees 1511.80 to DU Certificates for the same transaction. Please complete the transaction or refund the amount.
