Delhi University — Payment deducted for Transcript but the online form says payment failed

Rupees 1700 was deducted via UPI payment but the online form says the payment failed. I have a receipt from GPay for a successful payment of rupees 1700 to DU Certificates for the same transaction. Please refund the amount for me to pay the fee again and expedite the procedure to receive transcript
