[Resolved] Delhi University — Payment failed for Transcripts

Hi I just made a payment of Rs. 6000 for my transcripts and amount is debited from my bank but on the Delhi University Transcript page the failure message appeared, I am worried about my amount as this is successfully paid from my bank but on the DU website my transcript page showing that Payment is due. Feb 19, 2023 Complaint marked as Resolved I got the acknowledgement slip of my payment from Delhi University. I think it takes some time to push the transaction into the DU account. Thanks Delhi University customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
