Delhi University — Payment for Migration certificate debited but receipt not generated

Dear Sir/ Ma'am

I have made a payment of Rs. 500 through UPI mode on website of Delhi university on[protected] for purpose of migration certificate, my login ID is [protected]@gmail.com.

The payment has been debited from my bank account but the receipt is not generated.
Please refund the amount debited from my account.
