Delhi University — Payment of Rs 1000 done through your gateway for UG admissions to Delhi University

I paid fee of Rs.1000/- through internet banking through ur gateway for admission in to UG cousres of Delhi University for my daughter. The amount was debited but showing as pending in the application status. I could not submit it due to this problem. My transaction details are as below:
12 Aug 2021 TO TRANSFER-INB Citrus Payment Soultions - Ref No-[protected]IGALSYWRT7.

It is requested either process this and complete the transaction or revert it to my account so as to proceed further with my application.
