Delhi University — Reduction of examination fee but not getting admit card

I paid my examination fee INR 910 for my ug semester 2nd exams. But it shows that pays the fees sign again. My moneygot deducted but didn't got the admit card.

Pls refund my INR 910 as I tried to contact other officials but didn't got any help.
