My admission is stuck due to my revaluation result is not out yet by delhi university because of which i am not able to apply for my provisional certificate. As a result of which i cannot apply for universities around the world. It has been more than 60days for awaiting results. I want to get my fee refunfed since earlier i took adm in rajdhani nd later transfered my adm to KMC ...now i have paid my fees twice...how to get fees back now?
